Brief description of the object

3.1. Protected rooms are located on the attic of a four-story building with a basement and a technical floor. Brick building. The mansard is made of light metal structures. Fire resistance degree -II. Plenum ventilation. The rooms are equipped with suspended ceilings. Duty is carried out around the clock.

Key Solutions

4.1. Automatic fire alarm is made on the basis of PPKOP "VERSPK16," installed in the security room on the 1st floor.

4.2. In the premises to be protected, automatic fire detectors optoelectronic smoke "IP 21245" are installed. Detectors are installed on the suspended ceiling and the main ceiling in the dam space with separate loops. For maintenance of detectors installed behind the suspended ceiling, removable tiles of the Armstrong suspended ceiling are used.

For visual monitoring of the condition of the detectors installed behind the suspended ceiling, remote optical signalling devices "VUOSK" are provided (installed next to the detectors on the suspended ceiling). At the evacuation exits, manual fire detectors "IPRKsu" are installed. At the end of fire alarm loops, "UKSH1" loop monitoring devices are installed on the walls at a height of 1.52 m from the floor level.

4.3. According to NPB10403, the protected premises are to be equipped with a warning and evacuation control system for people in case of fire - the third type, consisting of "EXIT" "Lightning 12" light annunciators, "Mayak12K" light and "ORPHEY" voice warning system. The system of the speech notification ORPHEUS consists of the block of the speech notification (BSN) and acoustic modules "AM isp. 1 "(AM) ceiling unit. BRO voice warning unit is installed in the mansard corridor at the level of 2.2m.

The project provides for:

- Activation of fire warning system on attic floor from existing fire alarm;

- Actuation of the existing fire warning system in case of fire alarm on the attic floor;

- Serviceability check of warning lines (LO) and AM.

4.4. When one fire detector is activated in the loop, the device enters the "attention" mode.

When two fire detectors operate in the loop (fire occurrence in one of the protected rooms), the device sets to "fire" mode, the fire warning system for people and the ventilation shutdown and elevator control relay UK1UK4 "UK-VK/02" are activated. Matching of ventilation shutdown signal in case of fire with ventilation control automation is considered in section EM (Volume 5.1.2).

When the alarm loop is broken or short-circuited, the device enters the "fault" mode.

4.5. Installation of loops with automatic and tame fire announcers is carried out by a cable - KPSVVng-LS 1х2х0.5 in nonflammable PVC a corrugated pipe and nonflammable PVC a box taking into account requirements of NPB 882001 * and RD78.14593.
