2. Brief description of the object.

2.1. Type of construction - reconstruction.

2.2. The building of LLC "" is a two-story brick building with a basement. The fire resistance degree of the building belongs to category B.

2.3. The building has a flour warehouse and a PIIa flour screening room.

3. Main design solutions.

3.1. Automatic fire alarm.

3.1.1. Taking into account the requirements of the above regulatory documents, the architectural and construction solutions selected a fire alarm system built on the basis of the equipment of the Russian-made NVP Bolid, which has a certificate of conformity and a certificate of fire safety.

3.1.2. All rooms and corridors of the building are equipped with automatic fire alarm, with the exception of bathrooms, washing rooms, pump rooms, refrigeration rooms and other rooms with wet processes, as well as staircases and other technical rooms where there are no burnt materials. Smoke fire detectors of IPD3.1M type are installed in the above rooms.

IP1022x2 detectors designed to detect the rate of temperature rise in the environment are designed in the storage and screening rooms of flour, as well as in the furnace shops. The sectional unit outputs acoustic and light alarms, as well as duplicates the signal "fire" to the device "20M."

Automatic fire detectors are installed on the floor of protected rooms or suspended on a cable. On the escape routes, manual fire detectors of the "IPR3SU" type are installed to provide an alarm when a fire is visually detected.

3.1.3. The following are designed as receiving and control equipment:

- "Signal20M" safety and fire control device;

- sectional unit (BS), for detector IP 1022x2.

Information on the fire, work and malfunctions of the automatic fire alarm is submitted on indicators of the face of the Signal20M device. Messages are recognized by alarm loops and differ in the color of light emitting diodes and their flashing intensity. All elements of the system are in constant diagnostic mode and any deviations from the norm are displayed accordingly.

3.1.4. Fire alarm system generates signals:

for disconnection of systems and devices in case of fire (ventilation, process equipment);

activation of the fire warning system for people; - generation of the "Fire" signal to the local bodies of "State Supervision ."

3.1.5. The wiring is made by a non-spreading cable laid in the cable - channels, corrugated PVC pipes and metal pipes through the intercoupling ceilings.

3.1.6. In standby mode, Signal20M monitors the serviceability of detectors and alarm loops. If loops with fire detectors are damaged, a fault signal is output.

3.1.7. In case of fire, smoke or temperature rise in the guarded room smoke or heat fire detectors are activated. In case of fire detectors actuation, the control and receiving device generates acoustic and light alarms indicating the loop number in which the activated detector is included.

3.2. Warning and management system for evacuation of people in case of fire.

3.2.1. The fire evacuation warning and control system is one of the components of the complex of technical means and organizational measures that ensure the safety of people in case of fire or other emergency.

The fire warning system is designed to inform people about the fire and control their evacuation to a safe area.

3.2.2. In accordance with SP 3.13130.2009, a type 2 warning system was designed at the facility. EPSS of this type ensures the transmission of light and sound message to premises where people can be exposed to a dangerous fire factor, as well as to premises where people can remain when blocking escape routes by fire.

3.2.3. Fire light warning includes "Exit" light indicators installed near evacuation exits. In some places difficult to evacuate, direction boards are installed. LUX NBO TL24 light annunciators are installed at the facility, and Mayak243M type annunciators are designed as sound annunciators. Control, control of lines with annunciators for break and short circuit is built on the basis of the switching device UKVK and diode bridge.

The power and number of audible annunciators is selected based on the requirements to provide a sound level exceeding the level of constant noise by 15 dBA, but not more than 120 dBA at any point in the protected premises.

3.2.4. The sound warning is activated automatically after receiving a fire message using the fire alarm equipment..

The annunciators are always on.

3.2.5. Control of the notification and evacuation process, as well as communication with all responsible persons and services providing control over the fire situation at the facility, is carried out from the premises of the security post. The dispatcher has the highest priority on the influence of EPSS, therefore, a dispatcher with special training is allowed to work with the installation.

3.2.6. To ensure the safety of people, elements of electrical equipment of fire protection plants must meet the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0. All metal parts of electrical equipment that are not normally energized, but which may be under it, due to failure of insulation, are subject to grounding (earthing). The potentials must be balanced.

Protective grounding (grounding) must be performed in accordance with the "Electrical Installations Design Rules" (PUE, Edition 7, Chapter 1.7), SNiP 3.05.0685 "Electrical Devices," the requirements of GOST 12.1.03081 and the technical documentation of the plants. The resistance of the grounding device shall be not more than 4 ohms and shall be provided by the customer .
