4. Brief description of the object and protected premises.

The object is a preschool educational institution in 7 groups, a Noxious, 2-story building with two end evacuation stairs. On the ground floor at the entrance there is a security post. There are no suspended ceilings in the building. The height of the premises does not exceed 3.5 m. The area of the protected building is 2100.00 m2.

5. Justification of used equipment

5.1 Control and receiving device.

The technical solution provides for the use of the Russian device of the automatic fire alarm and control system PPKOPU 01121241 "Minitronik 24." The equipment has been mass-produced since 2002. Developer and manufacturer of Unitest CJSC in Moscow.

The warranty for the device is 10 years. (SSPB.RU.UP001.B07093 and ROSS RU.BB02.H04164). Certificate validity period is up to 22.06.2011.

The device is designed for autonomous and centralized fire protection of small, medium and distributed objects. The device is based on the ideology of the most consumer-oriented - high information content due to additional indication of the state of the SH, simplicity and ease

message perception does not require additional control panels.

The embedded algorithms of the device do not require programming, it is enough to turn on with the correct installation and the device itself will make all the settings, which makes it modern, simple and accessible to a wide range of users.

Built-in control of all control circuits by fire functions allows to control the warning system of I - II - III type according to SP 3.13130.2009 and control the smoke protection systems of buildings without additional control units, which significantly reduces the cost of building protection.

Automatic reexamination of fire detectors allows improving the reliability of fire detection.

SCP provides:

- reception of information on 12/24 alarm loops on penetration, fire and malfunctions, as well as from sensors of engineering systems.

- notification of the personnel on duty about the events with the help of light and sound messages, as well as to remote warning devices and PCP.

- management of notification devices.

Firefighters are two-threshold, which makes it possible to distinguish the operation of one or two fire detectors in the loop and to generate signals "Attention," "FIRE," as well as to recognize the operation of sensors of building engineering systems (normally closed contacts) included in the same loop.

Bipolar SGs make it possible to increase the reliability of the system and receive a "FIRE" signal from fire detectors even when the alarm loop is faulty.

SCP provides power supply to active 24V fire detectors at total consumption current not more than 3 mA.

If necessary, the device can be protected from unauthorized access to control using electronic "Touch Memory" access keys.

When working with self-test smoke fire detectors IP 21290 ONE DOMA2 ® in addition to the main signals "Attention," "FIRE" PKP generates a signal "Message" informing about the detector malfunction or dust.

5.2 Self-test smoke detector.

IP 21290 ONE DOMA2 ® smoke fire detector with automatic serviceability check is designed for early detection of fire in the protected room and output of signal "Warning," "FIRE." If the smoke chamber is dusty and/or any node fails, the detector outputs the signal "Fault" to the SCP. "Message" signal is generated on "Minitronik 24" SCP with identification of faulty detector by alarm loop and by signals of detector LED.

Constant measurement of the optical density of the smoke chamber medium and self-diagnostics of all detector units makes it possible to increase the reliability of fire detection at an early stage, increase the reliability of fire detection, and eliminate false actuations.

The detector provides for control and compensation of dust content of the smoke chamber, which allows to increase the service life of the detector and absence of false "FIRE" signals from dust content. Separate dusty and fault indication is provided in the detector. Replacement of the detector does not require reprogramming of the system.

Early detection of faulty self-test detectors allows you to constantly maintain the automatic fire detection system in working condition with the guarantee that the system is in working condition.

Fire control module PR-2

Fire control module (hereinafter PR-2) operates as part of PKP "Minitronik 24" and is designed to issue commands for control of automatic smoke removal units, fire warning and control of building engineering equipment.

The module is supplied in a separate housing and is connected to "Minitronik 24" SCP using a ribbon cable. On the module there are 6 relays with switching contacts (5A, 220V) and galvanically isolated control of the control circuit for each relay separately. Control circuit control for normally open contact groups is activated when jumpers above relays are removed.

Each relay can be connected to a certain group of 6, 12, 18, 24 PKP alarm loops, the relay is switched on by the "FIRE" signal in the SB with a delay of 3 to 90 seconds.

Grouping of PCS and relay assignment is determined by one of 16 nested algorithms of module operation. Select operation mode in accordance with Fig. 1.1 of technical description of PR-2. For this object operation algorithm is selected as per Table 1 of Appendix 1 to operation manual of PR-2 module. Jammers J 7, J8, J9, J10 shall be installed.

Equipment of the warning and evacuation control system

This facility is equipped with a fire warning and evacuation control system of type II people.

The specified type requires the inclusion of "Exit" audible annunciators and annunciators in the system.

"Oriolga" annunciators with power supply voltage from 6 to 15V and consumption current not more than 40 mA are used as sound annunciators. Sound pressure at a distance of 1 m from the annunciator is not less than 105 dB. "Exit" annunciator of "KOP25" brand is used as light annunciators of evacuation direction. Power supply voltage of the annunciator is from 10 to 40V. Consumption current is not more than 20 mA.

5.5 Fire detector thermal IP 1035/2A1 * * with LED and NR contacts.

The announcer fire thermal SP 1035/2A1 ** is intended for detection of the fire which is followed by allocation of heat with a temperature of operation of 54 wasps and automatic switch-on of a signal "Attention" and "Fire" from one or two announcers in SS respectively .

6. Main design solutions for equipment protection and placement.

All rooms except those with wet processes shall be protected by automatic fire alarm. To detect fire at an early stage of fire, self-test smoke detectors IP 21290 ONE DOMA2 ® are used. The number of automatic fire detectors is determined by the need for early detection of fire in the controlled area of the room .

Installation of one detector is determined in each protected room, not exceeding the values specified in Table 13.3 of SP 5.13130.2009, and in accordance with Clause 13.3.3 of SP 5.13130.2009, on installation of one detector in the protected room.

Automatic smoke fire detectors are installed along the escape routes, the distance between which is determined according to Table 13.3 in accordance with Cl.14.1 and 14.3 of SP5.13130.2009.

Heat fire detectors with NR contacts and LED IP 1035/2A1 * * are installed in the kitchen room.

In case of visual detection of fire by duty or maintenance personnel and output of "FIRE" signal to PKP "Minitronik 24," manual fire detectors of IPR-I are provided. The installation is provided by evacuation routes, on walls with free access to the detector. The height of the installation from the level of the clean floor to the center of the detector is 1.5 m. The distance between the detectors does not exceed 50 m.

To more accurately address the fire location, it is envisaged to use a multi-slot automatic fire alarm system, each loop of which protects an independent building unit. This makes it easier to find the room in which the detector worked and allows you to quickly take measures to extinguish the fire in the initial stage of fire development.

Total number of fire alarm loops = 15. The reserve for the informative capacity of the device is more than 10%.

Connection of fire alarm loops with smoke and manual fire detectors to PKP "Minitronik 24" instrument is performed by cable in PVC containment and PVC insulation - KSPV 2x0.5. Cables are laid in the electrical PVC box. The number of fire detectors in one loop does not exceed the permissible current consumption specified in the technical certificate on the PKP "Minitronik 24."

Installation and installation of fire detectors shall be carried out in accordance with the design, requirements of standards and instructions for equipment.

The device is placed on the wall of the security post in a place convenient for visual inspection and use, but taking into account paragraph 5 of SP 5.13130.2009. Controls are protected from unauthorized access to the device by using a reader and Touch Memory access keys.

Above the device, a BIAL/S alert is installed to attract the attention of maintenance personnel when one detector is triggered. BRP 12/3 with built-in sealed storage batteries 7A * h is installed for power supply of the device. BRP 12/3 is supplied from the electrical panel, with separation into a separate group and a single-band automatic circuit breaker installed in the OPR4 box. The box is installed next to BRP 12/3.

Below the device the PR-2 module is installed and connected by a flat wire to the SCP.

Generation of control commands is provided for:

- disconnection of general ventilation;

- Type II warning system;

- output of signals on fire alarm actuation at CCP ("01")

7. Principle of automatic fire alarm system operation, interconnection with warning and evacuation control systems.

Fire alarm loops are guarded around the clock and cannot be removed.

In standby mode the green LED "Standby mode" is ON on "Minitronik 24" SCP.

When a smoke fire detector or manual fire detector is activated in any SBS, the PKP reacquires (resets the detector by power and restores it), when the detector is reacquired, the device enters the "FIRE" mode. Red LED "FIRE" comes ON, LED indicating alarm loop comes ON in red. The "Fire" relay of the device is switched on and the PR-2 module relays are turned on according to a pre-established algorithm.

Upon reception of "FIRE" signal, the following command is output:

1. disconnection of general ventilation (module PR-2 of relay No. 1);

2. CSC 01 from the "Fire" relay of the device;

3. type II warning system (module PR-2 of relay No. 2.3);

4. input security system (command for doorphone to open outputs) (module PR-2 of relay No. 4).

At this facility, a fire warning and evacuation control system of type II was used. The system type is selected on the basis of SP 3.13130.2009 "Fire evacuation warning and control system."

The selected system type includes sound annunciators and escape direction lights "Exit."

According to SP 3.13130.2009, sound alerts in preschool institutions are installed only in the premises where the maintenance personnel are located.

buildings.

When a signal is received from fire detectors, the SCP issues commands to the relay module PR-2. Relay No. 2 of the PR-2 module controls the operation of the sound part of the warning system. Relay No. 3 of the module controls the light part of the system.

The separation of ESDS into sound and light parts increases the reliability of the system. Annunciators are connected by 2x0.75 WVP wire.

"Failure" signal is output to CSC 01.
