Introduction

Road transport is essential in the national economy. Recently, the number of cars has increased, both among the population and the number of vehicles used in the national economy.

In this regard, it is necessary to expand and improve the repair base. This should be done with the help of the latest technological developments of both domestic and foreign design bureaus for the repair of vehicles.

So if you provide high-quality and reliable repair of parts, assemblies and assemblies at minimum costs, then not small funds, the number of spare parts and time are saved. At the same time, the reliability of vehicles is increased.

The need and expediency of repairing cars are primarily due to the unequal strength of their assemblies, assemblies and parts. Therefore, the repair of a car, even by replacing some of its parts, assemblies and assemblies with a small resource, is always feasible and economically justified.

Therefore, during operation, cars undergo periodic maintenance (TO1, TO-2) and, if necessary, ongoing repairs (TR), which are carried out by replacing individual units, parts or units that have failed to operate. This allows you to maintain cars in a technically serviceable state.

In modern economic conditions, there is a certain demand for transport services. In this regard, it becomes profitable to create car enterprises with their own repair base.

This course project considers the creation of a motor transport enterprise for 200 cars of the VAZ2107 brand with the development of a tire assembly section.

Source Data

Initial data for ATP process design are:

1. List quantity of rolling stock (AI), types and models;

2. Number of days of work per year (Drab. d);

3. Average daily mileage per unit of rolling stock per km (lcc);

4. Number of shifts (s);

5. Shift duration per hour (TCM);

6. Category of operating conditions (K.E.);

7. Climatic region (Kl.r.);

8. The number of rolling stock whose actual mileage did not exceed the standard one before write-off (resource) (AI); same after reaching the resource (Ai);

9. Rolling stock mileage from the beginning of operation in parts x of the resource mileage Lp: for rolling stock, the mileage of which did not exceed the standard one before decommissioning (xLi) and for rolling stock, the mileage of which exceeded the standard one before decommissioning (xLi).

Process Layout of Production Area

The process layout of the production site is a plan for the placement of technological equipment, production equipment, lifting and transportation and other equipment and is the technical documentation of the project according to which the equipment is placed and mounted.

Process equipment includes stationary and portable machines, stands, appliances, accessories and production equipment (milestones, racks, tables, cabinets, etc.).

In accordance with the task, we carry out the technological layout of the bus assembly and vulcanization sections.

As recommended, we accept the following equipment for these areas:

1) Bus assembly area:

- pneumatic spreader;

- tire pumping stand;

- stand for wheel discs editing;

- test bench for tyre removal;

- wheel discs painting chamber;

- single-tier rack for tires.

2) Vulcanization site:

- mast with clutches;

- lar for waste;

- wall hangers for cameras;

- electric vulcanizer for repair of chambers;

- bath for inspection of cameras;

- rough machine;

- manual glue mixer.

Tool and Materials:

1. Pneumatic Special Tool:

- cutter with maximum number of 4000 rpm (for rubber treatment),

- business with the maximum number 1600020000ob/min (for processing of a metal cord ),

- pneumolobic (for metal cord removal during sidewall treatment),

- pneumatic hammer (for work with metal cord patches),

- ejection vacuum cleaner (to remove rubber dust from the treatment area).

2. Tread cutter (for recovery of drainage tracks after vulcanization).

3. Hand tool. Only the list of required groups is given:

- manual tool for repair of chambers and tires - introductory seams, pins, shroud knives, touching rollers, screwdrivers for spools, etc.,

- abrasive tool - various cutters for processing channels when installing fungi and plugs, contour wheels for processing the outer and inner sides of the tire, cutting discs and cones for removing and treating the cord, grinding wheels, as well as adapters and adapters for quick change of the tool during operation.

4. Abrasive tire repair materials.

The equipment of this section allows for high-quality installation and dismantling of all types of wheels of cars with a disc diameter of 11 "20," as well as repair of all types of damage on chamber and tubeless rubber, including damage along the tread, shoulder and sidewall, with damages not exceeding the maximum permissible.

Conclusion

In this course project, I designed a motor vehicle company for 200 VAZ2107 cars. As a result of the work carried out for this fleet of cars, I calculated and designed the zones of TR, TR and detailed development of the tire assembly section. Calculated the number of workers, warehouses and other premises of the production building. Conducted a technical and economic assessment of ATP .
