Introduction

The main function of the Motor Transport Enterprise is to carry out transportation with the maximum use of advanced methods of organizing the transport process and reduce the cost of transportation, providing without emergency work, technically serviceable rolling stock of lines.

One of the directions in achieving these goals is to increase the production rate of cars on the line due to: improving the technical readiness and reliability of rolling stock, as well as the most rational use of production space and the distribution of labor resources for production.

When designing ATP, it is necessary to take into account all these areas, based on the provisions arising from the synthesis of accumulated experience, the formation of progressive scientific recommendations.

Therefore, this course project will focus on:

Introduction of an in-line method of maintenance and repair of the organization of specialized diagnostic sections, which will allow not only timely and quickly determine the technical condition and detect failures, but also determine the possible service life of cars without repair;

application of planning during car installation in maintenance and maintenance zones;

equipping workplaces and posts with high-performance equipment, using mechanization in production processes that significantly reduce the labor intensity of work.

The project has developed the organization and technology of the EO section.

Justification of the planning solution of the production building

The production building is designed for a temperate zone for 300 GAZ3307 (Gazelle) vehicles from prefabricated iron-concrete structures with a 6x6 column grid around the perimeter and a building height of 6 m with an area of ​ ​ 2160 m2. The calculation of the number of technical impacts is made based on the norms of the Position for this car brand.

The TR zone has a span with a width of 12 m, which facilitates the use of a crane beam in the working zone, to facilitate the TR process, as well as for a more convenient arrangement of work posts. Dead end posts. With parallel arrangement of TR posts, it is possible to use the same equipment on two posts without movement (wrench), and accordingly its reduction, i.e. one to two posts.

All compartments of the heat section are concentrated away from the painting shop, paints warehouses, lubricants, etc. The warehouses and their related compartments are close to each other. The aggregate and mechanical sections are located in close proximity to the TR zone, which allows reducing the time spent on transportation of the units during their repair after removal from the car.

The planning solution includes a periodic line TO1, TO2, with a stop post. Diagnostic posts are combined into one section, which allows you to conduct a complete diagnosis of the car in one place. The painting shop has its own parking space and is completely isolated from other areas.

Most areas have individual access to the outside, for the convenience of work and for fire safety purposes. Due to the peculiarities of the construction structure, some areas of the premises have been changed that do not affect the production process and the location of the equipment. FTP is located outside the main body area, this is due to the specifics of the work.

The EO area is also located in the production building and has 4 posts. The movement of cars in the zone is carried out by a conveyor

Purpose of the branch

The EO area is designed to carry out technical impacts on the car during operation. Daily maintenance (EO) is carried out daily after the car returns from the line at interschange time and includes: inspection work on mechanisms and systems that ensure traffic safety, as well as the body, cockpit, lighting devices; cleaning and drying and wiping operations, as well as refueling the car with fuel, oil, compressed air and cooling liquid. Car washing is carried out according to the need depending on the weather, climatic conditions and sanitary requirements, as well as on the requirements for the appearance of the car.

Justification of planning solution

The use of the production line in the design is characterized by the number of rolling stock, that is, the number of daily technical impacts.

The posts are formed according to the EO process.

The use of mechanization in some service operations reduces the time spent on RMs and facilitates the work of workers.

In terms of area, the zone is designed taking into account the use of technological equipment and sanitary standards.

When the zone is located, special conditions (raw) are taken into account, so it is isolated from other areas of production. It is also necessary to take into account the location of treatment facilities and water supply, which should be located in the immediate vicinity of the zone .

Conclusion

The course design takes into account all the factors that form the technical readiness of ATP: climatic operating conditions, periodicity of technical effects of maintenance and maintenance, centralization of maintenance and maintenance, provision of equipment, mechanization facilities, availability of spare elements in warehouses, mutual location of maintenance and maintenance posts and compartments, application of diagnostics, provision of personnel and production areas .

Process calculation plays a major role in the design of the plant's PTB. Correct assessment of all factors of production contributes to the increase of the enterprise productivity and convenience of maintenance and maintenance works. In order to ensure the operability of the car during the entire period of operation, it is necessary to periodically maintain its technical condition with a set of technical impacts, which, depending on the purpose and nature, can be divided into two groups: effects aimed at maintaining the units, mechanisms and assemblies of the car in operable condition for the greatest period of operation; actions aimed at restoration of lost operability of automotive units, mechanisms and assemblies.
