Introduction
The main task of road transport is the full, high-quality and timely satisfaction of the needs of the national economy and the population in transportation at the lowest possible cost of material and labor resources.
The solution of this problem requires the predominant development of public road transport, an increase in cargo and passenger turnover, a strengthening of the material and technical base and the concentration of vehicles in large motor transport enterprises, improved maintenance (maintenance) and repair of rolling stock.
The significant growth of road transport in the national economy is predetermined by the faster pace of development of road transport compared to its other modes. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that of all modes of transport, road is the most labor-intensive and fund-intensive, and the costs of the national economy for road transport exceed the costs for all other modes of transport combined. The labor and material costs of maintaining the rolling stock in a technically serviceable condition are significant and several times higher than the costs of its manufacture.
The design of the plant is based on design solutions for the technology and organization of maintenance and maintenance production, developed during the technological design of the enterprise.
At the same time, the technological design of the enterprise means a process including:
- Selection and justification of initial data for demand program calculation;
- calculation of the program, production volumes and number of production personnel;
- selection and justification of the method of organization of maintenance and maintenance; calculation of the number of posts and lines for maintenance and TR posts of rolling stock;
- Determination of process equipment requirements and calculation of the level of mechanization of production processes;
- calculation of areas of production, storage and auxiliary premises;
- selection, justification and development of space-planning solution of zones, sections and enterprise as a whole; development of a master plan;
- Technical and economic evaluation of the developed technological design solution.
The results of technological design serve as the basis for the development of other parts of the project (construction, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and largely determine the quality of the project as a whole.
Calculation of busbars, selection of process equipment
The design object is the busbar section on the STO.
Tire installation is the maintenance and repair of the wheels of the car. Both stationary and mobile tire assembly on wheels takes place in several stages.
Bus assembly includes:
- wheel removal/installation on a/m
- wheel washing
- diagnostics and removal
- fix the problem, or replace the rubber
- installation and balancing.
This is done with a special foaming liquid. Or simply, the tire is simply lowered into a tank of water. After determining the place of damage, the tire is placed on a tire installation bench. The simplest tire installation stand is most often a round rotating table with special devices that make it possible to significantly facilitate and simplify the repair of the tire. Stands exist automatic and semi-automatic.
The following types of works are performed at the bus assembly section:
· Tyre assembly of wheels;
· Balancing;
· Vulcanization;
· Disk editing;
· Correction of tyres from defects.
Before the start of repair work, the wheels are temporarily stored on the rack. Tires are removed on a special removal bench in the sequence specified in the Job Instruction. After dismantling, the tire and disk of the wheel are stored on the rack, and the camera on the hanger.
The technical condition of the tyres is monitored by thorough inspection from the outside and inside using a hand-held pneumatic bead expander (spreader). Foreign objects stuck in the tread and sidewalls of tires are removed using pliers and blunt seam. Foreign metal objects in the tire can be detected during diagnosis using a special device. When checking the technical condition of the cameras, punctures, holes, breaks, dents and other defects are detected.
Tightness of chambers is checked in bath filled with water and equipped with system of compressed air supply.
Inspection of discs is performed to detect cracks, corrosion deformations and other defects. It is mandatory to check the condition of holes for the wheels attachment studs. Rust rims are cleaned on a special electric drive machine. Small defects of rims, such as stubble, burrs, are eliminated on a special stand and using a locksmith tool.
Serviceable tires, cameras and discs are mounted, and dismantled on the same stand. Tyre air pressure shall comply with the standards recommended by the manufacturer. The busbar section is equipped with a reference pressure gauge, according to which working pressure gauges are periodically checked. After mounting the tyres, the wheels assembled on a special bench must be balanced.
The bus assembly section is provided with the necessary technical documentation, including process charts for the performance of the main types of work, and the corresponding process equipment.
