Summary

The explanatory note includes design development, which covers the following sections: general architectural and construction design; design of building structures; organizational and technological design; occupational and environmental protection. In the architectural and construction part, a master plan has been developed, which includes the main objects, elements of improvement and landscaping.

When designing building structures, the following competitive design options for the building framework are considered:

1) Metal frame with rigel-plate prefabricated floor.

2) Reinforced concrete frame of the system "Kub2.5."

Based on the technical and economic indicators, the most economical option was chosen.

The construction organization project has developed a process plan for the installation of the building framework.

A construction plan has been developed for the rational organization of construction work.

Safety and environmental measures have been developed.

Introduction

The task of this diploma project is to develop a space-planning solution, a reinforced concrete beam-free floor and a technology for the construction of a 16-story residential building on Gogol Street and Hippodrome City of Novosibirsk .

The purpose of the building is a residential building with premises for offices and shops located on the first two floors.

Master Plan

1.3.1 Construction Site

The designed residential building is located in the quarter on Gogol-Ippodromskaya Street in the Central District of Novosibirsk.

1.3.2 Location of buildings and structures

The master plan and layout are solved in connection with the existing development taking into account the technological requirements of production, construction, sanitary and fire safety design standards .

From the south and east of the designed building are 9 storey residential buildings.

Designed driveways and sidewalks provide transport and pedestrian communication between buildings and structures.

1.3.3 Landscaping and landscaping

For adult recreation and children's games, the grounds of the existing residential complex are used.

To create normal sanitary and hygienic conditions, the project provides for landscaping by planting tall trees, row and group shrubs, as well as sowing perennial grasses.

1.3.4 Fire fighting measures

Fire breaks between buildings and structures are assigned in accordance with [5]. Fire engine entrances are provided to each building and structure.

Fire extinguishing is carried out using fire hydrants at looped water supply.

1.4 Space-planning solutions

The residential building is designed in accordance with the current norms and standards.

In the basement of the building there are technical rooms, public premises (car parking), engineering communications. On the 1st and 2nd floors there are rooms for offices and shops, from the 3rd floor and above there are apartments. The building has smoke-free staircases, 2 elevators and a garbage duct.

The height of 1 and 2 floors is 3.3 m, and the residential floors are 3 m, the basement height is 3.1 m, the height of the attic is variable, the height of the technical premises is 3.3 m.

1.5 Structural solution of the building and its elements

The building framework consists of monolithic reinforced concrete columns (with a section of 400x400mm) and monolithic reinforced concrete beam-free floors to the perimeter; vertical diaphragms along the columns - monolithic reinforced concrete.

Foundation - monolithic box-shaped slab with supporting platforms for columns .

Exterior Walls:

- below elev. 0.000 - cast-in-situ reinforced concrete;

- above elev. 0.000 - three-layer (brick 120, effective insulation, sibit 200).

Interior Walls:

- inter-apartment - brick 250;

- partitions - SIBIT 100 and 200mm, in rooms with high humidity - brick 120.

Elevator shafts - monolithic reinforced concrete.

Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches according to the series IIOA7 effect.1

Balcony and cornice slabs - monolithic reinforced concrete.
