List of literature

General position

The hotel is designed for living and providing, household and public needs of a person.

The hotel has single rooms and suites with showers from 1 to 5 floors. Each room is equipped with a balcony or loggia

All rooms have a common exit to the corridor, separated from the elevator hall. In the basement there is a laundry for the hotel for 70 kg s/lingerie with separate evacuation exit.

The design provides for the required duration of insolation and natural illumination in each room in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.08.0189 *.

The building structures and materials provided for the construction of the hotel are environmentally clean and are allowed for use by the State Insurance Service.

Reduction of external noise impact is provided by use of window blocks with slender glazing.

- Building responsibility level as per GOST 2775188 - II (normal).

- Fire resistance degree according to SNiP 210197 - I.

- Structural fire hazard class as per SNiP 210197 - С 1.

Architectural and artistic solution

A section of the designed building with built-in rooms and open parking for the hotel is located in ordinary residential buildings.

A 5-storey hotel is offered on the designed area.

The hotel building has a simple rectangular plan shape.

The exterior design of the building is selected in the complex, color solutions are selected taking into account the best visual perception of the building as a whole, taking into account the architectural decisions of the surrounding buildings and the structure. Advanced materials with the best physical and operational indicators, as well as taking into account their cost indicators, are used in the finishing of the building.

The facade is painted with horizontal stripes. Three layers of lime-chalk paint are applied over the leveling layer of plaster. The basement is an artificial stone of the Aztec company with an area of ​ ​ 963 m ².

The exterior decoration of the hotel is made of decorative and protective plaster, the cladding is an artificial stone of the Aztec company with an area of ​ ​ 963 m ².

Interior decoration - improved plaster, color with water-dispersed paints.

Living rooms, sleeping rooms, hallways - wallpaper of improved quality.

Bathrooms in rooms, MOS room, bathrooms, shower, linen - plaster, glazed tiles.

The building of the hotel - corridor type, rooms are located on two sides of the corridor, where there are light halls .

Bathrooms are designed on all floors. The floors are connected by 3 dispersed staircases of type L 1.

Explosion and fire safety measures.

Evacuation of people in the hotel is provided for 3 staircases in each section of type L-1. The type of staircase in residential buildings is L-1.

Clearance in plan width in light not less than 75 mm is provided between walks and handrails of staircase fences.

Natural lighting of evacuation staircases is provided through windows. It is provided to open the doors along the escape route. The protection of the hard-burning polystyrene foam insulation used for insulation of attic floors is provided with a cement cloth brace with a thickness of at least 40 mm.

From the technical underground of the section there is an exit directly outside, separate from the exits from the building.

In areas of the roof with the height of the parapet less than 600 mm to provide the required GOST 2577283 * height of the parapet, a metal fence of pipes is provided.

The design documentation provides for the use of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures with a sufficient protective layer of concrete before reinforcement:

- intermediate floors have fire resistance rating REI 60 (floor thickness 220 mm and distance to reinforcement center 39 mm);

- stairways have fire resistance limit R 60 (structure thickness 160 mm distance to reinforcement center 30 mm);

- bearing brick walls and walls of staircases - (thickness 380 mm) have a fire resistance rating of more than 5.5 hours;

- protection of structural steel elements is performed by layer of plaster with thickness of 30 mm along reinforcement mesh.
