Application
Introduction
As an assignment for the diploma project, the topic of designing a bus fleet with a given annual passenger turnover was proposed with the development of the current repair zone and the tire installation section. The rolling stock of the fleet consists of modern MAZ buses.
Design tasks include:
- understanding of the chosen topic. Analysis of rolling stock and passenger turnover;
- selection and study of literature, reference and scientific sources for the project;
- process calculation of a road transport enterprise;
- design of production building, sections, zones, ATP master plan;
- development of technological process of technical impact for PS available on ATP;
- development of technological equipment;
- Development of labour and environmental protection measures;
- calculation of technical and economic indicators of the designed bus fleet.
The main goals of the diploma project are:
- assessment of the level of mastery of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the specialty, development of interest in scientific research;
- Systematization, consolidation and expansion of theoretical knowledge in the specialty and application of this knowledge in solving specific scientific problems;
- development of self-work skills and mastery of methods of research and experimentation in solving problems and issues under development on a diploma project;
- ascertaining the student's readiness with independent practical activity;
- Identification of the degree of ability to present a conceptual vision of the problem.
8.1 Equipment Purpose
The mobile lift is designed to lift cars and buses during maintenance and repair work.
The hoist can be used in rooms that meet the requirements of accommodation category 4 with the climatic design "UKhL" GOST 1515069.
Conclusion
The result of the thesis project was a project of a comprehensive ATP for 250 buses. A maintenance zone and a blacksmith spring section with all the necessary technological equipment were designed.
The following results were achieved during the thesis project:
Feasibility study of the initial design data has been carried out.
Process calculation of ATP was made: the production program for maintenance, the annual scope of maintenance and maintenance work, the number of production and auxiliary workers, junior maintenance personnel, ITR and employees were determined, technological equipment and organizational equipment for zones and sections were selected, the area of production and storage facilities was calculated, the organization of production at ATP was developed.
According to the proposed prototype, an electromechanical six-post lift with a given technical characteristic was designed.
According to the fastening, adjustment and control works of TO-2 on wheels and tyres of the MAZ105 bus, the technological process was developed and process operating charts were compiled.
In the section of labor and environmental protection, the calculation of emissions into the atmosphere of pollutants was carried out, as well as the resistance of the protective grounding was calculated.
Total technical and economic indicators of the road transport enterprise were evaluated.
