Description

General data

 

1. This section of the project provides for the automation and equipping of boiler house equipment with heat control devices.

 

2. Automation of the heating system is carried out on the basis of the Euroster-12 command controller, Euroster-UNI3 weather-dependent units, and the Signal-7 boiler house control panel.

 

3. The boiler blowing and fuel supply to the bunker are controlled by the complete control device.

 

4. The Euroster-12 regulator receives data from sensors:

 

- DT1.1 - the temperature of the coolant in the boiler circuit, at the supply;

 

- DT1.2 - the temperature of the coolant in the boiler circuit, on the return pipeline;

 

and manages:

 

- M1.1 - circulation pump of the heating circuit (main);

 

- M1.2 - circulation pump of the heating circuit (backup);

 

- M2.1 - circulation pump of the water heater circuit;

 

- M2.2 - three-way solenoid valve of the boiler circuit.

 

5. Euroster-UNI3 timephased units control the operation of circulation pumps and electromagnetic three-way valves of certain circuits (store, workshops) and receive data from their own sensors. The UNI units are networked together via the RS485 interface. Thanks to the possibility of communication, the output of a single controller can be used to control the boiler. The boiler will be switched on by any controller in the network. UNI3 serves additional heat sources. This function is inextricably linked to the control of the main boiler and is not served by a communication protocol

 

The outdoor temperature sensor (DTz) is connected to the UNI3(1) unit.

 

Each UNI unit receives information about the temperature at the feed from its own temperature sensors (DT3.4, DT4.4, DT5.3).

 

6. The Signal-7 remote control is designed to control 6 parameters of a solid fuel boiler house, 2 parameters of the operation of the console itself, light and sound indication of emergency states of these parameters and transfer information about them to the display panel, as well as power management of the SZO, pump. , heating unit.

 

6.1 The list of parameters controlled by the console:

 

- the temperature of the coolant is above normal (D1); Water pressure is below normal (D2); gas contamination of CO (D3); Boiler failure (D4); Fire alarm (D5); Burglar alarm (D6); Network/Standby; Communication control.

 

The remote control has a built-in uninterruptible power supply that provides power to both the remote control itself and the gas contamination sensor of the boiler room (regardless of the presence of voltage).

 

7 The "Signal-7" remote control automatically turns off the pumps to the solid fuel boiler when the pressure in the system is low or the temperature rises to unacceptable values. The pumps are switched off when the voltage at the contactor of the CN is lost.

 

8. The project provides for the installation of a control panel of the Shchu-TP, in which circuit breakers, sockets for the power supply, contactors and Euroster automation units are located.

 

9. The control panel of the SHU-TP is installed on the wall inside the engineering and technical equipment, at a height of 0.6 m from the level of the clean floor.

 

10. The control panel of the Shchu-TP receives power supply ~ 380 V, 50 Hz from the designed switchboard of the SCh (see section "ETR") with a VVGng cable 5x4 mm².

 

11. All control and power cables from the SCC-TP shield are laid in a perforated tray with a partition. Descents to automation devices from the tray are made in a corrugated plastic pipe ∅20mm.

 

12. The power supply to the sensors from the SCC-TP shield is carried out by a shielded control cable MKESHNG in accordance with the requirements for the installation and operation of sensors.

 

13. The outdoor temperature sensor is installed on the outer wall facing east, at a height of 2.5 m from the level of the clean floor of the engineers. The passage through the wall of the cable to the sensor is made in a steel straight-bore electric-welded pipe 27x2.5 mm.

 

14. Installation and wiring should be carried out in accordance with the Electrical Code and SNiP 3.05.07-85.
