Description
Introduction
One of the main stages of the design of buildings and structures is the development of space-planning and structural solutions for the future facility.
The development of a space-planning solution for a building is the most complex and multifaceted task, since it combines the results of the analysis of many issues, such as:
- establishment of functional and technological interconnection between individual premises;
- the designed premises should be universal, allowing for a variety of uses (flexibility of the planning structure);
- interiors must meet modern functional, structural, aesthetic, ergonomic and environmental requirements;
- premises should be grouped according to the needs of life;
And the whole complexity of the issue lies in determining the best combination of the requirements of building codes and regulations with the requirements of comfort and convenience.
On the basis of the developed space-planning solution, a constructive solution is determined - load-bearing and enclosing structures, floors, coatings, filling openings, type of finishing, etc.
The constructive solution, in combination with the space-planning, should ensure the strength, rigidity, stability of the future structure, as well as architectural expressiveness.
In this section of the diploma project, the main solutions for the space-planning solution of a residential building on Ostrovsky Street, as well as the organization of the master plan, are developed.
