Description

This paper discusses automatic machines for frying and baking, which are used in public catering enterprises.

Currently, more and more new cafes, restaurants, snack bars, public canteens are opening every day throughout the country, and almost every establishment is equipped with machines for the production of certain products. Because with the help of automatic machines, the process of cooking is simplified as much as possible than with manual labor: the cooking time is reduced, the quantity and quality of the products produced increases.

Progress does not stand still, existing equipment is being improved, new, more advanced machines for frying and baking are being developed. Solving the problems of improving technological equipment will increase the efficiency of machines, mechanisms and automatons, get the highest economic effect from their introduction and use.

The introduction of modern, high-performance equipment radically changes the content of work of catering workers. But it is always necessary to remember that occupational safety depends on the employee himself, his ability to master safe techniques and methods of work, on strict compliance with the rules, norms and instructions on safety.
