The types of permitted use of real estate are activities, objects, which are allowed to be carried out and placed on land plots due to the naming of these types of activities in Article 31 of the Rules for Land Use and Development of the Balezinskoye Municipality, subject to mandatory compliance with the requirements established by law, these Rules, other regulatory legal acts, technical regulatory documents. Types of permitted use of real estate include basic permitted use, conditional permitted use, auxiliary permitted use.

The conditionally permitted type of use of a land plot or a capital construction facility is established in cases where the type of use may have a negative impact on the environment, but information about this or the size of such an impact has not been established.

Land Plot Planning Plan - a document prepared as part of a land survey project or in the form of a separate document, containing information on the boundaries, permitted use of the land plot and other information in accordance with part 3 of article 44 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, used to establish on the ground the boundaries of a land plot allocated by planning the territory from state or municipal lands, development of design documentation for construction, issue of construction permit, issue of permit for commissioning of the facility.
