The diploma project was carried out in accordance with the topic "Design of a specialized center for the repair of bodies of cars of the VAZ2110 family," consists of an explanatory note and a graphic part. The explanatory note includes an introduction, seven sections, a conclusion, a list of used literature, annexes, set out on 146 pages of a computer set, contains 11 figures and 52 tables. The graphic part includes 10 sheets of A1 format.

The introduction carried out an analysis of the state of the production and technical base of automotive service enterprises and the need for its development,

The first section provides calculations on the justification of the need for car service services and the feasibility of designing a specialized body repair center, on the basis of which the initial data for further calculations were identified.

In the second section, on the basis of technological calculations, the optimal number of posts was determined, the number of workers and the corresponding areas of the enterprise were calculated, the necessary technological equipment was selected.

In the third section, the technology of repairing and painting the bodies of VAZ2110 cars was developed, a comparison of the factory technology and the technology of quick repair with Sikkens materials was made. The technology of anticorrosion protection of the bodies of cars of the VAZ2110 family has also been developed.

In the design part, a hydraulic press with a force of 120 kN was developed, the most loaded press parts were calculated and its use on the body section was proposed.

In the construction part, the center building was designed, ventilation and heating systems were calculated. Also, the master plan of the enterprise with localization is revised.

In the section "Life Safety," an analysis of measures to ensure life safety at the enterprise was made and corresponding calculations were made on labor protection, environmental protection and the functioning of the enterprise in emergency situations.

In the economic section of this project, calculations were made on the feasibility study of the reconstruction of this car maintenance station. Net profit will amount to 594.16 thousand rubles. Project profitability 17.7%. Payback period 1.27 years.

Introduction

The Russian automobile fleet is 24.2 million cars - the state at the end of 2006. According to analysts, the fleet is replenished annually with almost 1 million cars. For example, in 2005, the number of cars increased by 896700 units. The country is projected to have 3,132 million vehicles in 2010.

Among the new cars sold annually in Russia, VAZ cars dominate - approximately 600 thousand cars. The share of foreign cars has increased significantly. Most of them are about 300 thousand per year - these are cars that were in operation. New, expensive, prestigious foreign cars in Russia are sold 1012 thousand a year.

The most important areas of improvement of maintenance and repair of passenger cars owned by citizens are:

feasibility study of specialization of production;

increased mechanization of production processes;

application of advanced technological processes;

improved logistics management;

development and development of modern forms of service ;

implementation of production and service quality management systems;

active advertising activity.

A large role in maintaining the serviceability of cars is assigned to the car service. Therefore, without a system of car service services, the operation of cars owned by citizens is almost impossible. Therefore, the design of new and reconstruction of existing workshops is now an urgent task.

Design section. hydraulic press with force of 120 kn

4.1 Press Operations

The use of hydraulic presses in the car service is very widespread. Since this press is planned to be installed in the body repair area, we will first consider operations related to the repair of bodies and partially undercarriage.

In case of accidents, deformation of rear axle beams of cars, for example, VAZ2107, VAZ2110 family, etc., is possible. This press develops a large force, so it can be used to edit bridge beams, and other power elements can also be edited on it. For example, on cars of the VAZ2110 family, front suspension levers can be driven, which can also be eliminated on the proposed press.

When repairing the undercarriage, it is necessary to press out and press the silentblocks of levers, rods, shock absorbers. It is also necessary to replace and re-compress the bearings of the hubs, bearings of the semi-axes. Half-axle bearings must be replaced with the add-ons proposed in the design.

For each type of work, it is necessary to use devices, various bushings, supports, mandrels, the designs of which we will not consider, since for a particular brand of cars different devices of different sizes are needed.

Since the press force is high, it is necessary to install the press on a milestone or special frame and attach it using nuts. This is also provided for in the proposed structure.

Conclusion

The studies made it possible to conclude the following.

1. The assessment of demand for car service services and the forecasting of its dynamics made it possible to establish that according to CMV, the designed specialized center has ten of the most serious competitors. Despite this, it is advisable to design a specialized center for the repair of bodies of cars of the VAZ2110 family. According to the analysis, it is planned to take the market share of 20%. Such a large number of orders are planned to be recruited due to narrow specialization and as a result of lower work prices.

2. The total annual scope of work of the center and the distribution of work by types and places of their execution are calculated, on the basis of which it is established that the number of work posts should be equal to 11, auxiliary posts - 3, the number of production workers - 17, auxiliary workers - 4. Technological equipment and organizational equipment were selected for zones and areas, the areas of production zones, sites, warehouses and domestic premises were calculated..

3. The technology of repairing and painting the bodies of VAZ2110 cars has been developed. A comparison of the factory technology and the technology of rapid repair with Sikkens materials was made. The technology of anticorrosion protection of the bodies of cars of the VAZ2110 family has also been developed.

4. A 120 kN hydraulic press has been developed. Calculation of the most loaded press parts was carried out. It is proposed to use it on body section.

5. For the designed specialized center, a plot of 0.476 hectares with a building area of ​ ​ 1080 m2 and a building density of 22.6% is needed. The production building is a one-story frame building made of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures and silicate bricks .

6. On the issues of life safety, an analysis of hazards and hazards at the designed enterprise was given, labor protection was described, primary fire extinguishing equipment was calculated, loop grounding was calculated, environmental protection measures and the operation of the enterprise in emergency situations were described.

7. A feasibility study was given on the feasibility of designing a specialized center with the following main financial indicators: profit from sales - 783.68 thousand rubles; net profit - 594.16 thousand rubles; profitability - 17.7%; The return on investment period is 1.27 years.
