Introduction
The technology of machine-building production is a set of various technological processes (TP) - casting, forging, stamping, thermal treatment, painting, etc. The technology of mechanical engineering covers the final stages of machine-building production - the transformation of blanks into finished parts and assembly, i.e. the manufacture of machines.
The use of machines dramatically increases labor productivity, improves the quality of products, makes work safe.
Typical is the use of materials, labor-saving and energy-saving technologies, software-controlled machines, flexible and attractive.
Modern technology is developing in the following main areas: the creation of new materials; mechanization, automation and computerization of technological processes, eliminating direct production systems in which process equipment and its support systems operate in automatic mode and have the property of automated re-adjustment within the specified class of products and ranges of their characteristics.
The use of industrial robots increases the productivity of equipment, improves the working conditions and safety of workers, reduces the influence of the subjective factor and improves quality by optimizing technological processes.
The purpose of the course work is to develop a technological process for the manufacture of the Shaft - Gear part in serial production conditions.
In accordance with the goal, you need to perform the following tasks:
- study and analyze the design of the part;
- Perform procurement calculation
- Develop route technology;
- calculate cutting modes and time standards.
Conclusion
During the course work, the technological process of manufacturing the Shaft-Gear part was developed in the conditions of mass production. To do this, the following tasks were completed:
1. Examine and analyze part design.
The design of the part fully meets the requirements presented to it, meets the purpose and working conditions, the surfaces of the part have optimal degrees of accuracy and roughness, which makes it possible to use a typical technological process for its manufacture. The material of the steel workpiece by purpose, chemical composition, mechanical and technological properties corresponds to the service purpose of this part.
2. Perform procurement calculation.
The chosen method of obtaining a workpiece for making this part - stamping is the most rational, since the dimensions of the workpiece are close to the dimensions of the finished part, which reduces the labor input of the Shaft-Gear part, reduces the amount of waste, and increases the period of resistance of the cutting tool.
3. Develop route technology.
The part processing route is made in accordance with the formation of installation and measurement bases, accuracy of processing and surface roughness. It is aimed at improving the technical level of production, product quality and labor productivity.
4. Calculate cutting modes and time standards.
Optimal processing modes and operation time standards are ensured by full use of cutting properties of the tool and production capabilities of technological equipment.
