Description
This course design describes the manufacturing of the "Coupling" part, as well as the analysis of the service purpose and processability of the part. The method of obtaining the workpiece has been chosen, a description of the process of processing the part in the form of a diagram with sketches has been given, then the finished part has been monitored using various measuring instruments, possible marriages in the manufacture of the part and methods of their elimination have been described. Table with cutting modes and time standards is presented. Attached to the course design is a drawing of the selected part and its 3rd model (in the SolidWorks program) and part machining diagrams on A3 sheets.
