Description
The domestic potable water supply system consists of a water metering unit, a booster unit (if necessary), a network of main pipelines, risers, a dilution network with supplies to sanitary devices. The purpose of the hydraulic calculation of the internal potable water supply system is to determine the diameters of pipes and the required head to ensure uninterrupted water supply to all consumers in the building. The calculation of the network should begin with the construction of an axonometric diagram of the water supply system and the choice of the design direction on it - from the dictating device (the highest located and distant from the input) to the point of connection of the input to the external network. The internal water supply system shall ensure uninterrupted supply of water from the external network and its distribution among consumers inside the building. The hydraulic calculation of the water mains should be performed based on the maximum flow rate per second.
