Description

In course work, the technological process of machining the part "Leash" was developed (drawing YUST.753182.004) for automated production conditions, with an annual production program of 1250 pcs. In this course work, after quantitative and qualitative analysis of the processability of the structure of the part "Leash," the seriousness of its production and the type of billet are determined, bases and methods of fixing the billet are reasonably selected. The part processing process is designed taking into account the seriality and automation of production. Determination of allowance and interoperative dimensions is carried out by calculation and analytical method. The NC turning operation (on the 1E365PF30 machine) of the developed process of the part "Leash" is considered in detail with the definition of cutting modes and a technically justified time norm.

Introduction

The concept of "mechanical engineering technology" refers mainly to the processes of machining blanks for the manufacture of parts and assembly of machines. This is due to the fact that in mechanical engineering, the specified shapes of the part with the required accuracy of their parameters and the necessary quality of the surface layer are achieved mainly by mechanical processing.

During machining, the greatest number of problems arise in meeting the quality requirements of the machines specified by the designer. The machining process is carried out by a sufficiently complex process system including a metal cutting machine, a machine tool tool, a cutting tool and a workpiece.

This explains the direction of the development of mechanical engineering technology as a scientific discipline, first of all, towards the study of mechanical processing technology with the removal of chips and assembly.

One of the main tasks of mechanical engineering is to ensure the competitiveness of manufactured products, which is determined by their quality and price. These main indicators of the competitiveness of machines largely depend on the technology of their manufacture, the developer of which is a process engineer.

Part Constructability Analysis

Analysis of workability of the part design includes qualitative and quantitative evaluation.

Conclusion

For the designed processing process of the Leash part, modern CNC machines, a progressive tool, a material for cutting tools were used, which leads to an increase in the dimensional and geometric accuracy of machining.

The discussed questions on the analysis of the processability of the part design, the definition of the type of production, the type and method of obtaining the workpiece, and the development of the routing technology of the part production made it possible to deepen and consolidate the obtained theoretical knowledge when studying special disciplines.
