Introduction
Construction is one of the most complex and labor-intensive sectors of the national economy, characterized by high dynamism, that is, a constant change in time both in the conditions of production and in the construction facilities themselves. Relevance of the topic of this work: successful construction of buildings and structures is impossible without preliminary detailed linking of works in time and space. To this end, an in-line organization of work is used, which provides for the development of a model for performing an agreed set of work in order to achieve high technical and economic indicators of construction production.
The purpose of the course work is a detailed consideration of the in-line model of the organization of construction production.
In this course work, in accordance with the task, we build a network model, calculate its parameters, build a network on a time scale and a labor movement schedule, and design and calculate a construction plan.
The work consists of an explanatory note and a graphic part on 1 sheet of A1 format.
Selection and description of work methods
For the rhythmic and continuous implementation of all technological tasks, the construction process must be organized in space and time.
The organization of the construction process in space is ensured by dividing the volume space into grips and tiers. The building is divided into 3 tiers. The first tier includes - the first, second and third floors, the second tier - the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, the third tier - the seventh, eighth and ninth floors. Preliminary planning of the construction site is carried out by a caterpillar bulldozer.
Excavation of the pit is carried out, equipped with a reverse shovel, end and side penetrations with loading of soil into KAMAZ dump trucks. Soil rework in the pit is carried out manually, with soil moving along mobile conveyors.
The foundation formwork is installed by the workers, the formwork elements are supplied by the tower crane KB100.10С. During installation visual and geodetic control of formwork installation quality is performed. The concrete mixture is supplied by a tower crane in buckets with a volume of 1.5 m3, compaction is carried out by depth vibrators I18, in compliance with the corresponding rules. Vertical and horizontal waterproofing of foundations is performed. Backfilling of pit sinuses is performed by bulldozer, with layer-by-layer compaction of soil by pneumatic rams.
Unloading of mounting elements, formwork and equipment is performed by KB100.10С crane. Construction is carried out with preliminary layout of elements in storage places. The concrete mixture shall be laid within 45 minutes after its manufacture.
Installation of floor slabs and coverings is carried out by a tower crane by the method of element-by-element installation. During installation, special attention is paid to the correct sequence and accuracy of installation of prefabricated elements.
Concrete mix is supplied by KB100.10C tower crane in 1.5 m3 tanks.
When performing concrete works in winter conditions, SP 63.13330.2012 should be followed, taking into account the following recommendations.
Installation of floor slabs is carried out by a tower crane from the stairwell, and is carried out sequentially in both directions.
Installation of stairways and platforms starts from the inter-staircase platform. The correct installation is checked by the inventory template.
Prior to installation of plumbing cabins, support surface is leveled with beacons-platforms. The top of the beacons is installed in accordance with the mounting horizon, then a bed of cement sand mortar is arranged. Installation of plumbing cabins is performed by crane on prepared bed. Correctness of cockpit installation is checked with rail-plumb.
Glass works are performed before the start of painting. Windows are delivered in containers in the ready form (windows of the required size).
Installation of coating plates is carried out by KB100.10С tower crane. Filling of slots is performed with cement sand mortar, after which sticker of waterproofing layer is performed. Mineral wool slabs are supplied by tower crane KB100.10C, after which leveling bracing is performed. Before sticking the roll roof, it is necessary to cover the cement surface with a cold primer. It is necessary to prepare a ruberoid - cleaning the surface from talc sprinkling. Sticker of rolled materials on cement brace is made by hot mastic.
Interior decoration improved. First, operations are performed to prepare painted surfaces, then keying, priming, grinding and painting. The complex of operations for preparation of paint compositions is performed. To perform preparatory works, a grinding and grinding tool with replaceable working elements is used. Sprayer gun is used for priming and painting.
Waterproofing is arranged from 1 layer of ruberoid on bitumen mastic. Heat insulation is arranged from mineral-cotton slabs, on which cement-dried bracing is arranged. Floor covering is made of 100 mm thick cement concrete.
Conclusion
In course work, a network model, a time-scale network graph and a labor movement schedule were built, and a network model was calculated graphically. During the work, the construction plot plan of the site was designed, the area of which was 9,550 m2. The area of temporary economy is 138.8 m2, the storage area is 443.4 m2. The construction needs for water and electricity were calculated. The duration of the work was 94 days, the number of workers - 20.
