Literature

1. Architectural solutions of the building.

1.1. Common part.

1.1.1. Design Input.

The theme of the project is a residential building, two-story, one-apartment, 3-room.

Construction area - the city of Vladimir, which belongs to the IIB climatic zone with the estimated winter outdoor temperature for the coldest five-day period - tn = 280C,

indoor temperature + 200C,

standard snow load - 130 kgf/m2,

standard depth of ground freezing - 1.37 m,

wind speed head - 23 kg/m2.

Durability of the building - II, fire resistance of the building - II,

The class of the building by capital is II.

According to the structural scheme, the designed building is arceless. The main structures of the building that make up the structural framework are foundations, walls and floors. The foundations of the building according to the design are accepted as tape, consisting of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs according to GOST 1358086 and prefabricated concrete blocks according to GOST 1357978. The walls of the building are made of ceramic brick M100 on solution M50: partitions with a thickness of 120 mm, internal walls with a thickness of 380mm, external 510 mm with subsequent insulation from the outside by ISOBOX FACADE slabs (based on mineral wool) with a thickness of 120 mm and plastering on the grid with decorative and protective plaster "Classic." The floors in the building are prefabricated multi-stop plates according to the 1.1411 series. The roof in the building is pitched with a cold attic. Prefabricated railway ribbed slabs of the 1.1656 series of coatings were selected as load-bearing roof structures. The staircase in the building is a train train consisting of stairways and platforms according to GOST 981885.

Spatial rigidity of the building is provided by slabs and coatings rigidly connected by anchors to each other and to the walls of the building at the level of each floor.

2. Structural and space-planning solutions of the building.

2.1.Volatile planning solution.

The building of the residential building has a single-section room layout system, with non-repeating floor plans. Spaces of all floors of the section are interconnected by vertical communications - stairs.

The building has a rectangular shape in plan with dimensions in axes 1-3 9600mm, in axes A-B -7300mm. Two-story building with a skate height of 9.8m, a floor height of 3m. Building with basement, basement height 2m. The roof is pitched with a cold attic up to the bottom of the roof plate 4.096m high. The building has a three-bedroom apartment .

Living rooms, kitchens and staircases have natural lighting through window openings. The entrance doors to the apartments open inwards, and the entrance door to the building and in the vestibule open towards the exit from the building to ensure the evacuation of people in case of an emergency. The staircase fencing is made of wooden links, and the handrail is covered with wood.

Rooms of kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with natural exhaust ventilation (ventilation channels) with separate output of channels.

2.2. Structural solutions of the building.

Structural diagram of the building with transverse bearing walls and resting on them of floor panels and covering on external walls by 120 mm, on internal walls by 180 mm.

3. Organizational and Technological Part

3.1.Process map for installation of railway columns

The flow sheet has been developed for installation of prefabricated railway units of FBS type.

- concrete preparation device;

- installation of wall foundation blocks ;

6. The economic part.

6.1. Explanatory Note

Object: Development of a two-story residential single-apartment building with attic

Base: Drawings AP1, AR-2, AR-3.

Period: Q1 2017

Source of funding: Federal budget.

Calculation of the current cost of brickwork and installation of structures of the above-ground part of the building is performed by the basis index method on the basis of the working design using the normative and methodological literature:

Collections of State elementary estimates (GES2001, 2009);

collections of territorial unit rates for construction work in the Vladimir region (TER2001);

method of determining the cost of construction products in the territory of the Russian Federation (MDS 8135.2004);

methodological guidelines for determining the value of overhead costs in construction. (MDS 81 33.2004);

methodological guidelines for determining the estimated profit in construction (MDS 8125.2001);

Information basis for determining fair value of work

material resources

Based on the data on the normative requirements of materials, products and structures in the base price level according to the appendix to the territorial collections of unit prices (FER2001);

Pay

In the base price level, the estimated wage of workers recorded in FER2001 is used;

- operation of construction machines and machinery

and the composition of local estimates (estimates) based on the data on the time of use of the necessary machines and the corresponding price of the I machine-hour operation of the machines according to FEP - 2001;

- overhead

local estimates are accepted for the types of construction and installation work from the wage fund of the main workers and machine operators MDS 81 33.2004; working drawings, unit rates and prices for material resources unaccounted for.

The local cost estimate takes into account the cost of construction materials based on the data on their standard, the need for physical units of measurement and the corresponding estimated prices for material resources. The cost of materials is included in the estimated documentation. The normative need for materials is determined on the basis of State element estimates (GESN) and other regulatory documents, local resource lists for types of work, local resource estimates. The estimated cost of materials includes costs not only for their purchase, but also costs associated with the procurement and delivery of materials to the construction site. In the estimated calculation, the main wages of workers as part of direct costs are formed at the rates of the corresponding collections, depending on labor costs and hourly

tariff rates. When determining the estimated cost of brickwork and the installation of the above-ground part of the building, the amount of money for labor depends on the labor intensity of the work and the cost of working time. With a complex of heterogeneous works, the cost of their performance can be determined in total by the components or for the complex as a whole, based on the labor intensity of the work and the price of 1 person - days.

The cost of operating the machines as part of the estimated direct costs is determined on the basis of data on the time of their use in mash. - hours of machine operation.

The normative time of construction machines is calculated according to the data of the compendium of estimated standards and the volumes of upcoming work. The results obtained are given in local adjacent calculation,

(Estimated prices of machine hours for certain types of machines and mechanisms are contained in collections of estimated foams for the operation of construction machines and mechanisms.

The cost of operating machines includes the wages of the workers who control these machines.

Local estimates include: direct costs, overhead costs and estimated profit.

The estimated profit in the local estimate is accepted by the types of construction and installation works from the fund for payment of the load of main workers and machine operators according to MDS 8125.2001;

Index of change in estimated cost of construction and installation works as of Q1, 2017

Value added tax (IDS) was accrued in the manner stipulated by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with Chapter 21 (No. 117 of the Federal Law) in the amount of 18% (in the local estimate calculation No. 1 VAT amounted to 27.923 thousand rubles).
