Introduction

Scientific and technological progress and urban development tasks lead to the need to design and build various residential buildings with interesting design solutions. Many architects are intensively engaged in the design and construction of one-story residential buildings of moderate cost, trying to solve functional, technical, economic and aesthetic problems in their relationship.

With the growth of cities and the reconstruction of central areas, it also becomes necessary to create spatial compositions of development with contrasting gradations in storey.

The accent significance of residential buildings determines the individual characteristic of volumetric - planning and plastic solutions. This requirement is more or less in conflict with individual ways of building houses. These contradictions are resolved with the help of the Unified Catalogue of Unified Houses in combination with the systematization of architectural and planning solutions.

The selection of the general form of space-planning solution of residential buildings is carried out taking into account the area of ​ ​ the building site, terrain, insolation conditions, functional content and technology. An important factor in the design of the house is its general form.

This design of the house is intended for construction in the III a climatic zone with an estimated air temperature of 30 degrees, with a normal humidity zone and normal geological conditions.

The residential building is intended for construction in cities, urban-type settlements, rural settlements.
