General Instructions

1. Section -AC developed on the basis of application No. 13 dated 03.06.2019 from the customer:

2. This project provides for the construction of a boiler house building with a garage for heating the temple building.The following structural materials are adopted as enclosing structures:

1) Foundation - foundation blocks FBS 24.3.6, FBS 12.3.6, FBS 9.3.6.

2) Walls - cinder block hollow (in one row).

3) Coating - ribbed plate 2PG6-3AIII W, L = 5300 (individual length) with a bearing capacity of 610 kgf / m, with insulation of the ends.

The walls of the building from the outside are insulated along the facade with expanded polystyrene slabs δ = 100 mm, followed by plastering and painting the walls white (in the color of the temple building). The interior decoration should be carried out according to the list of decoration of the premises, see Sheet 2.

The roof is flat, welded with insulation with expanded polystyrene plates in two rows for a total thickness of δ = 130 mm. Sheet 7. The parapet is protected by a galvanized apron. The incoming part of the ribbed plates is protected by a galvanized, bent in place, wind bar.

The windows in the boiler room are selected easily accessible individually made. For garage and boiler room - PVC windows.  

Fireproof single-floor and double-floor doors are installed. Roller shutter gates are mounted in the garage.

A scaffolding is organized along the facade 1-2, A-G.

Working documentation is developed in accordance with the design task, urban planning regulations,

documents on the use of the land plot for construction, technical regulations, including  

establishing requirements for ensuring the safe operation of buildings, structures, structures and safe  

use of the adjacent territories, and in compliance with technical conditions.

Technical solutions adopted in the project meet the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic,  

fire and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, and provide a safe for  

life and health of people operation of the facility in compliance with the measures provided for by the project.
