Appointment

1.1 Boilers are designed for heating and hot water supply of residential, industrial and administrative buildings.

Boilers are designed for heat supply of objects without direct water intake from the network.

Device and operation of the article and its components

2.1 The boiler is operated on natural gas or light liquid fuel. Boiler design is made in gas-tight design and for pressurized operation. A feature of the design is a flame tube with a reverse (reverse) stroke of combustion products.

The boiler body (pos.1) consists of a cylindrical shell (0,150,25 ∅ 737 × 6 mm; 0,350,5 ∅ 847 × 6 mm; 0,751,0 ∅ 1057 × 6 mm; 2.32 ∅ 1468 × 8 mm), front and rear tube grids, bottom, smooth flame tube (0.150.25 ∅ 496 × 8 mm; 0.350.5 ∅ 566 × 8 mm; 0,751,0 ∅ 716 × 6 mm; 2.32 ∅ 976 × 12 mm), chimney pipes (0.152.32 - 19, 21, 23, 27, 37, 45, 64, respectively) ∅ 60 × 3. The flame tube has a central location. Turbulators are inserted into chimneys to intensify heat exchange processes. On the outer shell there are branch pipes with gate valves for water supply and discharge and two safety valves (pos. 5).

From the front of the boiler there is a non-cooled rotary chamber, on which a burner device is installed (pos. 11). Modern lightweight blotching materials are used in the manufacture of the rotary chamber. The structure of the rotary chamber allows it to be opened on either side of the boiler. When opening the chamber, access is provided for external inspection of the flame tube and chimney. The design provides for the necessary strength with possible "cotton," which excludes the installation of explosive safety valves.

2.2 The boiler is fully automated. The boiler safety automation and control system is designed to ensure safe operation of the boiler, maintain the specified water parameters and economical fuel combustion without maintenance personnel. Boiler automation provides for full compliance with the requirements of SniP3576 "Boiler Plants" with regard to safety measures, automatic regulation of furnace processes.

2.3 For the set of boilers, foreign and domestic gas, light-fuel and combined automated burners (having the corresponding technical characteristics certificate of compliance of the Gosstandart of the Russian Federation) of various companies can be used (see "Set of boilers with automated burners").

Maintenance of the burner device, its description and technical characteristics are given in the documentation attached with the burner device.

2.4 During boiler operation, the operator sets the operating temperature at the boiler outlet on the control panel. Upon reaching the specified parameters, the burner device automatically switches to a less intensive mode of operation or turns off (depending on the type of burner device), and again turns on when the water temperature deviates by 510 ° C below the specified one.

Water regime

3.1 Quality of feedwater shall meet the standards established by tests within the limits regulated by the Rules for technical operation of heating boilers.

3.2 Water for makeup of open heat supply systems shall meet the requirements of GOST 2874 "Drinking water."

4.1 Boiler is supplied by one transportable unit.

4.2 The scope of delivery includes: - boiler in cloth and skin;

set of drawings, passport and operating manual;

equipment according to specification.
