The class of possible fire in these rooms of the garage complex is B1 (burning of liquid substances insoluble in water (gasoline, petroleum products).

3. main technical decisions adopted in the project.

3.1 Purpose of the automatic powder fire extinguishing unit.

Based on the characteristics of the building, the type of fire load and the features of the development of the combustion center, the design provides for the protection of the room using an automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing system. It is designed for automatic detection of a fire hazard situation, generation of fire hazard signals, output of information on the presence and location of a fire hazard situation, local activation of powder fire extinguishing modules, supply of a fire warning signal to people and an automatic control signal.

The projected AUPP is constructed on the basis of PPKOP of "ZONDSI" and the complex of the technical means consisting from includes itself: the control panel (further PKU), the device reception and control "PROBE-SI" (further PPKOP), the SS (MShS8) modules on 8 directions, the relay MP8 modules on 8 directions, turning on of modules of powder fire extinguishing of Tungus6, the uninterrupted power supply, smoke fire announcers, thermal fire announcers and tame fire announcers.

In accordance with SNiP 210299 * p. 6.32, for timely notification of people, the project provides for the design of a warning system and the evacuation control of EPSS of the 3rd type on the basis of the "Orpheus" voice warning unit.

For the purpose of early detection of fire, all floors of the building are equipped with automatic fire control systems, regardless of their purpose, with the provision of round-the-clock operation of fire detectors, except for rooms with wet processes (bathrooms, washes, staircases). In all protected storage boxes of cars, detectors are designed that respond to an increase in ambient temperature.

3.2 Composition of the automatic powder fire extinguishing unit.

The APCP system includes:

- fire and security alarm and powder fire extinguishing devices "ZONDSI";

- signal loop module MSHS8;

- relay module MP8;

- uninterrupted DC power supply source BBP20;

All used equipment and cables have a fire safety certificate.

3.3. Purpose and operation principle of APCP and CO unit.

Automatic installation of powder fire extinguishing is designed to detect the source of fire (fire) when temperature rises and smoke occurs in the premises of the building and to output the corresponding information to the panel of the SondSI PPKOP control and reception device to the duty room located on the ground floor.

In the event of a fire in the protected premises of the garage complex, heat or smoke fire detectors are triggered. Also, a fire signal may be received when the manual fire detector is activated.

Signal on detector actuation is transmitted via wired lines of signalling loop to MSS8 module serving eight signalling loops (SBS), and then via cable to panel of receiving and monitoring floor-by-floor devices "SondSI" installed in the duty room on the 1st floor with round-the-clock stay of duty personnel.

Panel of PPKOP "SondSI" receiving and control device provides actuation of fire warning system through relay on power supply module (MP), provides disconnection of supply and exhaust ventilation and actuates Tungus-6 powder fire extinguishing module in the corresponding direction.

Each MSHS8 module has two relay outlets, one of which controls the ventilation fire valve (from the smoke protection system) installed on the floor where the MSHS8 module is installed. Actuation of these systems is carried out when the detector in the loop is activated twice, which is accordingly provided by the installation programming.

Based on the characteristics of the rooms equipped with automatic fire alarm, the type of fire load and the use of substances and materials, the fire hazard category of the rooms, the design provides for the protection of machine boxes and all other rooms (offices, utility rooms, locker rooms, etc.) with thermal and smoke detectors, which are an effective means for detecting the fire center.

On the escape routes on each floor near the staircases or directly at the exits from the floor, manual fire detectors of the IPR 5132 type are installed at a height of 1.5 meters from the floor level.

The area controlled by one fire detector, as well as the maximum distance between the detectors, as well as the detector and the wall, comply with the requirements of NPB 882001 * "Fire extinguishing and alarm installations. Design Codes and Regulations. "

In accordance with the requirements of NPB 10403 "Warning and Evacuation Systems for Fires in Buildings and Structures," in the corridors of each floor of the garage complex building, a sound and light warning system for people in case of type 3 fire is provided. The number of alerts, their arrangement and power provide the necessary audibility in all places of possible stay of people.

The fire warning system is activated when the automatic fire alarm is triggered. At the same time, sound annunciators are activated on all floors of the building when fire detectors are triggered or a manual fire detector is activated. Electrical evacuation indicators "Exit" are installed on the escape routes according to the design of electrical lighting of the building, which, according to the requirements of paragraph 3.13 of NPB 10403, are in the ON state together with the main lighting devices of working lighting.

3.6. Use of device by purpose

Operational limitations

The design and installation of the instrument shall take into account the following:

- when placing MP8 in remote places of the object, the active resistance of the power supply wires of the modules should be taken into account, since the power required to switch on one relay, 0, 4W at the internal resistance of its winding (300 ± 50) Ohm, and when switching on a large number of relays, the total current can cause voltage drops on the wires that do not allow the relay to switch on;

- it is not recommended to jointly include passive and current-consuming detectors in one SB according to the scheme with the formation of the warning "Attention" (parallel connection of resistor 7.5 kOhm to normally closed contacts of the passive detector and serial connection of the recommended resistor to the current-consuming detector);

- instrument control panel provides software support for exchange with no more than 20 modules connected to the ICR;

- ICS and SB wires shall be laid at a distance of not less than 0.5 meters from any power cables with a voltage of more than 100V or flowing current of more than 1A.

Specifying safety measures

During operation of the device, it is necessary to comply with the rules set forth in the instructions "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers," "Safety rules for operation of electrical installations of consumers."

The source of dangerous voltage is the supplied power supply voltage
