Introduction
Construction is a leading branch of the Russian economy, where vital tasks of structural restructuring of the material base of the entire production potential of the country and the development of the non-production sector are solved. The efficiency of the construction complex largely depends on both the pace of development of the domestic economy and its competitiveness in the international market.
In terms of output and manpower, the construction industry accounts for about a tenth of the country's economy.
New construction is not only the growth of the taxable base, but also additional jobs and much more.
The functioning and all transformations of the construction complex on the territory of the Russian Federation objectively took place and took place in real time intervals. The following five qualitatively different states can be distinguished:
1 condition - pre-adjustment (until 1990);
2 state - transitional, hybridid-resistant (19901994);
3 condition - uncivilised-market (1995-1999);
4 state - the formation of a civilized market (since 2000).
The incredibly difficult changes in the construction complex were complicated by the general crisis state of the domestic economy, the decline in investment activities, high inflation rates, the crisis of non-payment, etc. The reduction of more than 3 times the demand for products, inflation, eating working capital, vicious depreciation policy and much more predetermined the state of the production apparatus of the industry, the level of employment and the direction of actions of economic entities in this area .
The restructuring processes in the country's economy and the nationalization of large state and installation trusts have led to a sharp increase in the number of small construction and installation organizations of various forms of ownership. At the same time as the formation of small construction organizations, the number of employees in these organizations decreased. The long-term lack of highly qualified personnel has led to their current shortage.
The current state - the fourth position - is characterized, on the one hand, by the completion of the transition to non-state forms of ownership in the construction complex, and on the other, by the beginning of the formation of an orderly system of interaction between state authorities and business entities engaged in construction activities, through urban planning and land regulation.

The projected 9-storey building is located in a residential microdistrict of the city of Novorossiysk, according to the SNiP, the city belongs to the 4V climatic district. The designed house is intended for housing, that is, for the permanent stay and residence of people in it, so the house must meet all the requirements of a person to increase comfortable conditions. The designed large-panel 9-storey residential building is equipped with an elevator, water supply with cold drinking water and hot, central heating, sewage, waste water and other necessary equipment.
The maximum freezing depth in the city of Rostov-on-Don is 90cm.

The distance from the ground level to the zero elevation of the first floor is 1.1 m. On the plan of the standard floor there are 1 three-room, 2 two-room and 1 one-room apartments. One bedroom apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom.
This building has 2 degrees of durability, 3 degrees of fire resistance. Therefore, the building belongs to the 2nd class of buildings.
In case of fire, staircases and staircases made of non-combustible material are provided, doors are opened on the escape route in the direction of exit from the building.
