1.1. Basis for Project Development

Working project "Gasification of grain dryer, office office building

and the canteen of KraPP KFH in the village of Lipitsy, Chernsky District, Tula Region "is made on the basis of

License to carry out activities for the design of buildings and structures of I and II levels of responsibility in accordance with the State standard, registration number GS-1-77-01-26-0-7106066100-023527-1 dated 22.08.05, issued by the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Construction and Housing and Communal Services .

The gas pipeline shall be installed by a specialized installation organization in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 42012002, PB 1252903 .

1.2. Object characteristic

The construction site is characterized by the following data :

- climatic area - II B;

- wind area - I (wo = 23.0kgf/m2);

- snow area - III (Sq = 100.0kgf/m2);

- design winter outside air temperature (coldest five days) -27 ° С;

- humidity zone - normal.

Ground freezing depth - 1.4 m.

Gas supply.

2.1. GAS SUPPLY OF GRAIN DRYER.

The project provides for gas supply of grain dryer S69 KFK KraPP "in the village of Lipitsa, Chernsky district, Tula region.

Gas supply can be carried out from the previously designed gas control point UGRSH50NNO see project 24524508GSN LLC Energogazproekt

The unit grain dryer gasification includes:

- Riello RS 130 fan gas burner

The maximum gas flow rate is 170 m3/h.

Connecting pressure of gas to a torch - 4,3÷36 of kPa

Connection of the designed medium pressure gas pipeline is provided to the existing medium pressure steel pipeline ø89 after the previously designed gas control point.

The above-ground and underground laying of the gas pipeline is accepted .

Laying of the gas pipeline of average pressure is provided from steel pipes in elevated execution of ø 89x4.5 and polyethylene pipes in accordance with GOST P 5083895 * by SDR 11 ø 90х8.2 to a torch of Riello RS 130.

The designed gas pipeline of average pressure from steel pipes ø89x4.5 is laid nadzemno on support 1.0 m high. Gas pipelines shall be laid from steel pipes as per GOST 1070491 produced by domestic plants in accordance with SNiP 42012002 "Gas Distribution Systems."

Length of pipes by diameters is given in the specification for equipment and materials .

To prevent corrosion, the above-ground gas pipeline must be covered with 2 layers of oil paint according to GOST 829285 according to the 2nd layers of primer GF021 GOST 2512982

Steel pipes of gas pipelines shall be connected by electric welding. Compensation of temperature extensions of the steel pipe of the gas pipeline is made due to natural bends.

Polyethylene and steel electric welded straight-joint pipes are produced by domestic plants and have a quality certificate of the manufacturer, manufactured in accordance with the requirements of standards or technical specifications .

Pipes used in construction shall be tested by hydraulic pressure at the manufacturer or shall have a record in the certificate of assurance that they will withstand hydraulic pressure, the value of which meets the requirements of the standards or specifications for pipes.

The welded joint shall be of equal strength to the pipe base metal or be guaranteed by the manufacturer according to the pipe standard and specification, the strength factor of the welded joint.

When passing the gas pipeline route in loams, the depth of the gas pipeline laying is accepted at least 1.4 meters to the top of the pipe .

To determine the location of the gas pipeline, the laying of the signal tape "DANGEROUS! - gas volume with the possibility of their output to the display and external devices ;

- amount of gas consumed in operating and standard conditions;

- instantaneous gas flow under operating and standard conditions ;

- saving of settings and totals of gas parameters during

not less than 1 year in the absence of power supply voltage;

- identification of abnormal situations in the operation of the unit and gas metering in accordance with

with specified algorithms and contractual values during the validity

The purge gas pipeline shall be 4 m above the ground surface.

GAS EQUIPMENT.

According to the passport data of the equipment, the operation of the grain dryer is automated .

Gas supply to valves of burner device - burner RielloR130 heat generator PGA1300 of grain dryer S69 shall be performed at pressure not lower than 0.0043 MPa and not higher than 0.036MPa

Riello R130 Gas Fan Burner:

• Front access to all burner assemblies.

• Adjustment of the burner without removal from the heat generator.

• Air damper closing when the burner is switched off (prevents heat loss through the heat generator chimney).

• Gas throttle valve controlled by servomotor (allows to use single-stage gas ramp or multi-unit with burner).

• Adjustment of burner head geometrical parameters depending on burner power.

• Possibility of visual and instrumental (via personal computer) diagnostics of the burner.

• Burner fan with special shape of blades (reduced noise level).

Gas ramp MBD 420 CTD (complete with valves, pressure regulator and filter). It can join on the left or right, as it turns out to be more convenient.

VPS - solenoid gas valves tightness control unit is installed separately.

Connection diameter to RS130 burner - Dou50mm,

Maximum thermal power - 1512kW,

Maximum gas flow rate - 170m3/h

INSTRUMENTATION AND A AUTOMATION.

According to the passport data of the equipment, the operation of the Riello R130 burner is fully automated with a gas ramp. Safety automation is part of the MBD 420 CTD gas ramp kit. Solenoid gas valves shall be located as close to the burner as possible so that in 3 seconds (safety interval) the gas can reach the burner head.

The gas burner is powered by a voltage of 380V from the existing power panel.

To account for gas flow, the gas flow metering point PURG200 (EC) with measurement complex SGEKVzT0,2200/1.6 is provided .

2.2. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AND CANTEEN

For heating and hot water supply of the office building, the project provides for the installation of a mounted double-circuit boiler with a closed combustion chamber Vaillant turboTEC plus VUW24kW. Boiler gas flow rate - 2.8 nm3/h

The connection point is the previously designed low pressure gas inlet Dy50. To account for the gas, a BKG4 (T) diaphragm meter with a maximum gas flow rate of 6.0m ³/h, a minimum gas flow rate of 0.04 m ³/h is installed. In the elements of gas meter attachment to the gas pipeline it is required to have appropriate holes to pass the sealing wire. Install KTZ thermal intake valve at the gas pipeline inlet to automatically stop gas supply in case of fire .

In case of gas leaks, as well as in case of increased concentration of carbon monoxide (CO), a gas supply cut-off is provided to the room using a KEG9720 du20mm type valve separator installed at the gas pipeline inlet .

Ventilation is provided through the designed add-on ventilation channel from PVC pipes f160 with exit through the wall. The furnace must have a window. For additional air inflow, louver grille P150 should be provided in the lower part of the door. The variable Vaillant boiler is completely sealed from the environment of the room: air intake for combustion and removal of combustion products is carried out through the external wall of the room using a special chimney/air duct system. The chimney/duct system is not included in the boiler package and is purchased separately. Specify length during boiler installation. Before the system is put into operation, the ventilation channel must be cleaned, checked for density, stability of the thrust with the subsequent preparation of the SR SUPR report on suitability .

AUTOMATIC GAS ALARM OF OFFICE BUILDING

The section of the project provides for the control of carbon monoxide (CO) and methane (CH4) in the premises of the administrative building of the office in which the gas boiler is located. Gas content control is performed by STG1D10 annunciator installed in the room .

If the carbon monoxide content exceeds 20mg/m3 (I threshold), a warning light and intermittent sound alarm is triggered.

When the CO concentration in the air reaches 100mg/m3 (II threshold) or CH4 up to 10%, gas is cut off at the entry into the room, accompanied by emergency light and continuous sound alarm.

Signalling equipment is installed both in the monitoring and signalling unit (BCS) of STG1 annunciator, and in the control room - a combined sound and light annunciator.

Power supply of control circuits of valves and process alarms, as well as STG-1 annunciators, is carried out by ~ 220V voltage from the existing electrical network.

Gas stove PG4 is provided for cooking in the dining room. Gas flow rate to PG4 plate - 1.25 nm3/h

The connection point is the previously designed low pressure gas inlet Dy50. The PG4 plate is installed in the dining room against a wall made of non-combustible materials on a stand of at least 6 cm from the wall. It is permissible to install a slab against a wall made of hard-to-burn and combustible materials insulated with non-combustible materials (roofing steel on asbestos sheet with thickness of at least 3 mm, plaster, etc.) at a distance of at least 7 cm from the wall. Insulation of walls is provided from the floor and must protrude beyond the dimensions of the plate by 10 cm on each side and not less than 80 cm on top. To account for the gas, a BKG4 (T) diaphragm meter with a maximum gas flow rate of 6.0m ³/h, a minimum gas flow rate of 0.04 m ³/h is installed. In the elements of gas meter attachment to the gas pipeline it is required to have appropriate holes to pass the sealing wire. Installation of gas equipment and pipeline shall be carried out by a specialized installation organization in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 42012002.

Main provisions for the organization of construction.

3.1. GENERAL PART.

For high quality of construction and installation works it is necessary to check compliance of the applied materials (pipes, electrodes, fittings, connection parts) accepted in the design with GOST and specification.

Perform works in strict accordance with SNiP 42012002, SP 421012003, SP 421032003 and "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Consumption Systems" PB 1252903.

Use materials and equipment having a certificate of conformity and permission of Rostekhnadzor of Russia during construction.

During the construction process:

- incoming control of materials, with preparation of incoming control acts;

- control of welded joints of the gas pipeline accredited by the laboratory ;

- draw up acts for hidden works;

- ensure technical supervision by specialists of OJSC "Tulaoblgaz" and author's supervision by the project organization.

You can begin construction in the case of 100% supply of materials.

3.2. GAS PIPELINE TEST

Testing of gas pipelines after installation shall be carried out by the construction and installation organization in the presence of representatives of the customer's technical supervision and a representative of the technical supervision of the gas distribution organization .

Installation, testing and commissioning of the gas pipeline shall be performed as per SNiP 42012002; SP 421012003; SP 421032003 and "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Consumption Systems" PB 1252903.

Joints of welded pipeline sections shall be controlled by physical methods:

- steel underground natural gas pipelines with pressure from 0.005 to 0.3 MPa - 50%, but not less than 1 joint

- steel above-ground natural gas pipelines with a pressure of more than 0.005 to 1.2MPa - 5%, but not less than 1 joint

- polyethylene underground natural gas pipelines with pressure of 0.005 to 0.6 MPa - 10%, but not less than 1 joint

3.3. PROTECTION ZONE OF GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS.

The construction and operation of the gas pipeline protection zone shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Gas Protection Rules for Distribution Networks," approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 20, 2000 No. 878.

Along the gas pipeline route, a security zone is established in the form of an area limited by conditional lines passing at a distance of 2 meters on each side of the gas pipeline .

Prerequisites.

Before the work is carried out, the working project should be agreed with the city services .

During the construction process, provide technical supervision by specialists of Tulaoblgaz OJSC of the Shchekinomezhareigaz trust and author supervision by the project organization.

3.4. HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES.

When developing this Project for gas supply of the facility, in addition to the requirements of SNiP, you will comply with the requirements of the "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems" of the Russian Federation Ros-Tekhnadzor and the "Regulations for the Organization of Labor at Enterprises."

During the operation of the gas farm, it is necessary to organize control over the serviceable state of gas pipelines and gas equipment, tools and devices, as well as the presence of safety devices and individual means that ensure safe working conditions.

Operation of gas supply systems is not allowed, as well as performance of all kinds of other works, if further performance of works involves danger to life of the workers. Workers involved in the maintenance and repair of the gas farm and the performance of gas hazardous works should be trained in a safe method of working in the gas farm. Workers must be provided with workwear, special. Footwear, personal protective equipment and their benefits must be in accordance with the current standards .

Work on occupational health, safety, industrial sanitation and monitoring of compliance with labor legislation should be possible for a safety engineer.

The gas pipeline shall be installed, tested and put into operation in accordance with:

SNiP 42012002 "Gas distribution systems";

SP 421012003 "General provisions for the design and construction of gas distribution systems made of metal pipes";

SP 421032003 "Design and construction of gas pipelines from polyethylene pipes and reconstruction of worn-out gas pipelines ";

PB 1252903 "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems";

SNiP 12032001 part 1 and SNiP 12042002 part 2 "Labor safety in construction."

The pipes are welded directly on the route.

Perform welding operations in accordance with the instructions of Section 4 of SNiP III4280 * "Main Pipelines" and TST P2270 "Welding and Installation Works" (see Volume II Gas supply, item 2.1.3.).

All gas pipelines shall be tested for tightness in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 42012002, PB 1252903, SP 421012003 "General provisions for the design, construction of gas distribution systems made of metal and polyethylene pipes."

Measures to ensure industrial safety and prevent accidents and eliminate their consequences.

The project of gas supply of grain dryer, office building and canteen of KFK "KraPP" in the village of Lipitsy, Chernsky District, Tula Region complies with all regulatory documents in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensures safe operation of this facility provided that all design decisions are fulfilled.

The facility is subject to the requirements of the "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Consumption Systems" PB 1252903 and is subject to gas supervision by the Russian Federation Ros-tekhnadzor .

The design documentation provides for:

- gas equipment and materials certified for compliance

security, and has permission from Rostekhnadzor for use;

- automation of safety and regulation in all parameters;

- blowdown pipelines;

- connection of gas flow metering point to existing grounding loop

Construction Requirements:

The decision to start construction can be made only after receiving a positive conclusion of the industrial safety examination of the design documentation.

During construction, deviations from design documentation are not allowed, quality control of construction and installation works is provided in accordance with SNiP 42012002, "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems," author supervision is carried out under an agreement with the construction customer.

During acceptance of the object the following is monitored :

- compliance of performed works with design solutions for support

industrial safety;

- testing of equipment and equipment ensuring prevention, accidents and localization of their consequences, compliance

tests of the approved program (under development construction and installation

organization);

- readiness of personnel and rescue services for actions to localize the consequences of accidents according to the order of the developer's customer .

To perform commissioning work, develop special process documentation that provides for the necessary safety measures.

Requirements to the customer and the operating organization :

The operation of the gas facility should be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems."

The entity operating the facility shall:

- have a license to operate the facility;

- provide the information necessary for registration of the facility in the state register of hazardous production facilities in accordance with the requirements established by Rostekhnadzor of the Russian Federation;

- Take measures to prevent accidents and eliminate their causes.

All responsibility for the organization and implementation of production control for safe operation rests with the head of the owner's organization, on the balance sheet of which the gas supervision facility is located.

Environmental protection

The network of medium pressure gas pipelines is designed in compliance with all norms and requirements of SNiP 42012002 without any deviation from them.

The process of gas transportation due to the use of sealed shutoff valves prevents the ingress of natural gas into the atmosphere. There are no sources of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere in the designed gas supply system.

When organizing a construction site near green spaces, the work of construction machines and mechanisms should ensure the safety of existing green spaces.

Additional fire safety measures should be applied during welding and open fire operations in accordance with PPB0103 "Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation" and PB 1252903 "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems."
