Additional information
Space-planning and structural solutions.
2.1.The steel structures of the platforms developed in this project are designed for maintenance of louver screens.
2.2. Type I sites are located at the end of the building along the axis "1" between rows "B" "D," type II sites are located along the row "A" between the axes "2" "5." The platform elements are attached to reinforced concrete columns. The pitch of the columns is 6000mm in the axes "1" "5" and 6000mm between rows "A" "D." As the elevation of the top of the platforms, the elevation of the top of the existing platform in the axes "1" "2" between rows "A" "B" is taken.
2.3. Platforms on axis "1" between ranks "In" "D" consist of the bearing A1A5 beams from [10 and a flooring of A11A13. Beams of A1A4 lean on the basic A6 (A7) elements and A36 from L90x8 which fasten to reinforced concrete columns by means of A8 hairpins.
2.4. Platforms on row "A" between axes "2" "5" consist of the bearing beams of A38 (A39) from [10 and a flooring of A44A46. Beams of A38 (A39) lean on basic A41 elements from [10 at an axis "2" and A40 of [10 on axes "3"", 4"", 5". The support element A41 is welded to the elements of the existing working platform of 2L100x10 welded into the box and to the embedded part of the column. Support beams of A40 are welded on racks of A42 and on an embedded part of a column. Racks of A42 represent two channels [10, welded in a box and welded on an embedded part of the console of a column with shift from a column axis on 50 mm.
2.5. The protection of platforms consists of racks of A10 (A9) from L50x5 and elements of a protection (L50x5.40x4.110x2.5). Fencing posts are attached to the beams of the platforms on welding at a distance of not more than 1000 mm.
3. Materials of structures.
3.1.The steel grades of the elements are adopted depending on the type and groups of structures, the aggressiveness of the medium and are given in the working drawings.
3.2.Use of steels according to other GOST and TS is allowed provided that their chemical and mechanical properties of steel of this class comply with GOST 2777288 *.
3.3.Swap of rolled stock profile or steel class is allowed only by agreement with the authors of the project .
3.4.Conformance of applied materials in structures manufactured according to design drawings shall be confirmed by certificate.
3.5.Weld by electrodes of E46 type as per GOST 946775 *.
3.6.The welded welds shall be accepted as per GOST 526480 * .The height of angular welds not specified on the drawings shall be accepted in accordance with the requirements of item 12.8. SNiP II2381 *.
3.7.Bonding methyses for connection of elements shall meet the following requirements:
a) nuts for accuracy class B bolts - according to GOST 591570 * strength class 5 of steel 20;
b) washers according to design and dimensions shall comply with GOST 1137178 * and be made of 65D steel ;
3.8. Bolts and nuts shall be manufactured according to the technical requirements of GOST 1759.487 * in compliance with the technology as per Appendix 2 to the above GOST.
4.computed provisions.
4.1.The calculation of steel structures of the platforms is made in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.01.0785 * "Loads and impacts" and SNiP II2381 * "Steel structures. Design Standards. "
4.2.The calculation is made for the following load combinations:
dead weight of steel structures (31.5kg/m - linear load from the weight of steel structures on the beams of the platforms) + weight of maintenance personnel (240kg - weight of 2 people).
5. Instructions for fabrication and installation of structures.
5.1.Production of steel structures shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SP 5310198 "Manufacture and quality control of steel building structures." 5.2.The welding process shall ensure good quality of welded joints, as well as minimum shrinkage and residual stresses and deformations of elements. 5.3.Installation of steel structures shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.03.0187 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures," SNiP 12032001 "Labor safety in construction. Part 1. General Requirements, "SNiP 12042002" Occupational Safety in Construction. Part 2. Construction production. "
5.4.All deviations from the design at the stage of fabrication and installation of structures shall be agreed with the project developer.
6.anti-corrosion protection.
6.1.Dye corrosion protection of steel structures is accepted in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.1185
"Protection of building structures against corrosion" based on the following data:
- location of structures - indoors;
- humidity zone (as per SNiP II379 * *) - normal;
- degree of medium aggressiveness (group of gases A according to Annex 1 SNiP 2.03.1185) - non-aggressive.
6.2.The degree of cleaning of surfaces of steel structures for paint coating according to Table 30 of SNiP 2.03.1185 shall be not lower than 3.
6.3.Metalloconstructures shall be cut with two layers of soil GF021 as per GOST 2512982 followed by painting with two layers of enamel PF115 as per GOST 646576. Painting of structures should be carried out on the ground prior to their installation in the design position.
6.4. If there are no primers and enamels mentioned above, they can be replaced with the materials specified in Appendix 15 of SNiP 2.03.1185 allowed for corrosion protection of steel structures.
6.5.The paint coating quality shall correspond to class IV as per GOST 9.03274.
6.6. Perform work on corrosion protection of structures in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.04.0385 "Protection of building structures against corrosion."
