Explanatory Note

The working design for the conditioning of the workplaces of the assembly shop of VoltairProm OJSC was developed on the basis of the technological task for the design and architectural and construction drawings in accordance with the current codes and regulations, including:

- SNiP 41012003 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";

- SP 7.13130.2009 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

Fire protection requirements ";

- SNiP 230199 * "Construction climatology" Rev.1;

- SNiP 23012003 "Thermal protection of buildings";

Information on climatic and meteorological conditions of the construction area, design parameters of outdoor air.

Outdoor air parameters for this facility are accepted in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 41012003, SNiP 2.10.0384 as per tables SNiP 230199 * Izm.1: as per parameters A - for calculation of ventilation and air conditioning system in the warm period of the year, as per parameters B - for ventilation system in the cold period of the year .

Design ambient temperatures for designing heating and ventilation systems are adopted:

- for cold period - minus 25 ° С;

- for warm period - + 27.6 ° С;

- duration of heating period - 177 days;

- average temperature of heating period - minus 2.4 ° С.

Substantiation of adopted systems and fundamental decisions on ventilation and air conditioning of premises.

To ensure the regulated sanitary and hygienic conditions of the air environment in the assembly shop, the project provides for the reconstruction of existing plenum ventilation systems, in particular, changes in the routing of air ducts to ensure rational organization of air exchange. Detailed drawings are made taking into account the maximum use of ventilation systems previously designed and installed in kind.

The existing air ducts of systems P9, P12, P16, P17, P20, P23, P24, P26 are connected designed to distribute supply air directly along the work area in the production workshop.

As air distribution devices - rotary branch pipes are adopted similarly to those installed in the workshop.

The project provides for the installation of two air conditioners for cooling the outside air and its supply to the workshop in the summer period of the year. The project adopted the installation of VTSClima air conditioners, which provide cleaning, cooling and supply of cooled outdoor air by a fan to the assembly shop. Air is supplied to working zone through ceiling jet-nozzle diffusers. Air is supplied to the room through the switched conical module. By turning the conical module, a supply air distribution scheme in the form of a narrow or wide jet can be selected.

Substantiation of optimality of equipment placement, characteristics of materials for fabrication of air ducts.

Air ducts of ventilation systems shall be made of galvanized steel as per GOST 1491880 * with continuous lines of class P (dense) thickness of 2.0mm .

Installation, testing and adjustment of heating and ventilation systems shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0185.

Rationale for the routing of ventilation system ducts for industrial objects.

Location of air ducts is provided in the truss space between rafters with drops to air distributors for air supply along the working zone or directly to the working zone of the assembly shop.

Distribution of cooled air in the workshop (air conditioning system) is carried out by ceiling jet-nozzle diffusers with controls for the formation of the jet size of the outlet air, which allows for rational distribution of air flows in accordance with the requirements for the room.

Technical solutions ensuring reliability of systems operation in extreme conditions.

As measures for explosion and fire safety in accordance with the requirements of SP 7.13130.2009, installation of fire-retarding valves of general industrial design with electric drives is provided.

The design provides for centralized manual and automatic (by fire alarm sensor) shutdown of ventilation systems in case of fire.

Automation and dispatching of ventilation and air conditioning regulation process.

Installations of the K10 and K11 air conditioning system are factory equipped with automation and control devices that provide: air intake, cooling and maintaining a constant temperature of cooled supply air, indication of dust content of air filters, indication of stop or failure of the fan, protection against short circuits and overloads in electrical circuits.

The design provides for centralized manual and automatic (by fire alarm sensor) disconnection of ventilation systems, closing of corresponding fire-retarding valves in case of fire.

The project complies with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other regulations in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensures safe operation of the facility for life and health of people in compliance with the measures stipulated by the working drawings (GOST 21.11192 2.5.4.P.4).
