Improving working conditions when performing work in the repair shop of OJSC Gorodeysky Sugar Plant, Minsk Region, Nesvizh District

An analysis of working conditions in the welding department of Gorodeya Sugar Plant OJSC indicates the need for design work, and improved working conditions for welders.

The purpose of the course work is to improve working conditions when performing work at the welding site.

To achieve this goal, an analysis of hazardous and harmful production factors that occur in this process was carried out, and preventive measures were proposed to improve and normalize the air environment in the working area, reduce noise and vibration, and provide workers with effective personal protective equipment.

The calculation of mechanical ventilation at the site and the verification calculation of artificial lighting were carried out.

The graphical part of the project includes: floor plan with equipment arrangement, analysis of dangerous and harmful factors in the welding area, calculated ventilation scheme, layout of lamps.
