General Instructions
The basis for the development of this project was the contract for the development of design documentation No. 2009.
The working documentation is developed on the basis of the design task, specifications and drawings of architectural and construction layouts of the facility. The project shall be read together with projects 2506PS.SOUE, 2506PT.
This section of the project provides for equipping the building of the Leisure and Entertainment Center with an underground parking lot on the street. Malyshevaskovskaya in the Verkhisetsky district in Yekaterinburg with a system for controlling the automatic fire extinguishing installation.
Object Characteristics:
The object is a 9-story building, with an underground parking lot: 1... 9 floors - Leisure and Entertainment Center; 2, -3 floor - underground parking. Bearing structures - assembly steel structures, columns and support beams - steel I-beams. Flooring floors made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The height of the premises is up to 5.5 meters.
Ventilation is natural and forced.
Purpose:
The implementation and proper maintenance of fire protection systems is designed for effective protection of premises by detecting, reporting and suppressing the source of combustion at the beginning of a fire.
The automatic control system for fire pumps and shutoff valves is part of the building fire protection systems, designed for remote control of fire pumps and electric valves.
Algorithm of automatic fire extinguishing equipment operation.
The volume of instrumentation fully complies with the requirements of the issued task and provides the necessary control over the operation mode of the equipment of the automatic fire extinguishing plant and internal fire water supply.
Pump Group 1:
PN1, PN2 and PN3 fire pumps constantly are in not working, waiting mode. When opening the section KC1 or/and KC2KC17 valve on a signal of pressure indicators, BP1, BP2 on the valve, the control unit and BSU3 No. 1/1-9/1 alarm systems forms a signal "Fire". To the received signal, the central device "CP1M" gives a command to the control units of BUZ1 No. 2/2; 2/3, BUZ1 NO. 2/4; 2/5 to open bypass and inlet gate valves ZD1, ZD2 and command to start fire pumps for BUPN1 No. 1/2, No. 1/3.
Control units of fire pumps BUPN1 No. 1/2.1/3 at confirmation signal "START" from relay BSU3 No. 10/1 generate pulse for switching cabinets SHUN No. 13 for starting of main pumps .
Start-up of pumps PN2 and PN3 is performed with time delays of 5 and 10 seconds between start-up of main pump PN1. If any main pumps do not reach the operating pressure of 0.60.7 MPa or do not start the pump PN1, PN2, PN3, the standby pump PN4 starts in 20 seconds according to the signal of "Output" ECM PS5 (PS6, PS7).
It is provided to protect PN1PN4 pumps from dry running, when the water level drops below 0.7 m in the fire tank according to the signal of the lower level sensor ROS301, BUN1, the start of PN1PN4 pumps is blocked.
The pipeline network of section 1 - 17 above KS1 - KS17 valves is filled with water and is under air pressure of 0.7 MPa.
Maintenance of working pressure in sections 1 - 17 is carried out by jockey - pump H5.
When the pressure drops to 0.65 MPa, according to the signal of ECM PS12 BUPN3 No. 1/4, the N3 pump starts. Upon reaching the pressure of 0.7MPa ECM PS12, disconnects the pump H3.
It is provided to protect the H3 pump from dry stroke, when the pressure decreases to 0.05 MPa at the input of the H3 pump ShUV No. 5, upon a signal from ECM SP11, it blocks the start of the H3 pump.
Water control in the fire tank:
When the water level in the tank decreases below the elevation, 2.0m, according to the signal of the level sensor ROS301 "Medium level" BUZ3 No. 2/3; 2/4, inlet gate valves are opened. Upon reaching the maximum level above the level of 6.0m BUZ3 No. 2/4; 2/5 the input valves are closed. Upon reaching the minimum permissible water level of 0.7 m in the tank by the signal of the level sensor ROS301 "Emergency lower level" BUZ3 No. 2/4; 2/5 generates signal on CP1M "Emergency level in fire tank."
Water monitoring in drain pit:
When the water level in the pit rises above the maximum elevation equal to 0.5 m, by the signal of the level sensor ROS301 "Middle level" BUPN3 No. 1/4, the drain pump DN starts. When the pit is completely emptied to elev. 0.1m, according to the signal of the level sensor ROS301 "Minimum level" BUPN3 No. 1/4, the DN pump is switched off. Upon reaching the maximum permissible level of water in the pit, by the signal of the level sensor ROS301 "Emergency level" BUPN3 No. 2/7, the pump room flooding generates a signal to CP1M.

In case of fire and opening of a splinker in a fire compartment and when opening the section KC1 valve on a signal of pressure indicators, BP1, BP2 on the valve, the control unit and BSU3 No. 1/1 alarm systems forms by means of own cross over contacts of the relay a discrete impulse to the BSU3 No. 13/2 block. "Fire" signal is generated for received pulse at confirmation signal from BSU3 No. 13/2 floor flow relay (according to "I" scheme in two-threshold loop). To the received signal, the central device "CP1M" gives a command to the control units of BUZ2 No. 13/1; 16/1, 16/2 16.3 for opening of valves of deluge curtains. BUZ2 NO. 13/1; 16/1, 16/2 control the launch of RJ. via flow relay behind gate valve.
-3 floor 2 fire compartment
Other. Manager. Nos. 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14 are permanently closed and are on standby. In case of fire and opening of a splinker in a fire compartment and when opening the section KC2 valve on a signal of pressure indicators, BP1, BP2 on the valve, the control unit and BSU3 No. 1/1 alarm systems forms by means of own cross over contacts of the relay a discrete impulse to the BSU3 No. 16/4 block. "Fire" signal is generated for received pulse at confirmation signal from BSU3 No.16/4 floor flow relay (according to "I" scheme in two-threshold loop). To the received signal, the central device "CP1M" gives a command to the control units of BUZ2 No. 16/1, 16/2 16/3, 17/1, 17/2, 17/3 to open the valves of deluge curtains. In case of fire when opening a splinker in a fire compartment and when opening the section KC4 and/or KC5 valve on a signal of pressure indicators, BP1, BP2 on the valve, the control unit and BSU3 No. 3/1 alarm systems forms by means of own cross over contacts of the relay a discrete impulse to the BUZ2 No. 18/1 block. The received pulse at the confirmation signal from the floor block of relay S2000SP1 BSU-3 No. 18/1 (according to the "I" scheme in the double-threshold loop) generates a command to the WCD cabinet No. 19 to open the drain curtain gate valve.
1st floor 1-3 fire compartments
Other. Manager. No. 20.21 is permanently closed and is on standby. In case of fire when opening a splinker in a fire compartment and when opening the section KC6 and/or KC7 valve on a signal of pressure indicators, BP1, BP2 on the valve, the control unit and BSU3 No. 4/1 alarm systems forms by means of own cross over contacts of the relay a discrete impulse to BUZ2 No. 19/1 blocks; 20,1. To the received pulse at the confirmation signal from the floor unit of relay S2000SP1 BUZ-2 No. 19/1; 20/1 (according to the "I" scheme in a two-threshold loop) generates a command for the WCD cabinet No. 20; 21 for opening of drain curtain gate valve.
The latch of drencher veil No. 20 (21) opens on 2 signals from the section KC6 (7) valve and the block of the S2000SP1 relay or on 2 signals from section KC6 and KC7 valves.

To the received pulse at the confirmation signal from the floor unit of relay S2000SP1 BUZ-2 No. 21/1; 22/1 (according to the "I" scheme in a two-threshold loop) generates a command for the WCD cabinet No. 22; 23 to open the drain curtain gate valve.
The latch of drencher veil No. 22 (23) opens on 2 signals from the section KC8 (9) valve and the block of the S2000SP1 relay or on 2 signals from section KC8 and KC9 valves.
3rd floor 1-3 fire compartment

In case of fire when opening a splinker in a fire compartment and when opening the section KC10 and/or KC11 valve on a signal of pressure indicators, BP1, BP2 on the valve, the control unit and BSU3 No. 6/1 alarm systems forms by means of own cross over contacts of the relay a discrete impulse to the BUZ2 No. 23/1 block. The received pulse at the confirmation signal from the floor block of relay S2000SP1 BSU-3 No. 23/1 (according to the "I" scheme in the double-threshold loop) generates a command to the WCD cabinet No. 24 to open the drain curtain gate valve.

4th floor 1-3 fire compartment

In case of fire when opening a splinker in a fire compartment and when opening the section KC12 and/or KC13 valve on a signal of pressure indicators, BP1, BP2 on the valve, the control unit and BSU3 No. 7/1 alarm systems forms by means of own cross over contacts of the relay a discrete impulse to the BUZ2 No. 24/1 block. The received pulse at the confirmation signal from the floor block of relay S2000SP1 BSU-3 No. 24/1 (according to the "I" scheme in the double-threshold loop) generates a command to the WCD cabinet No. 25 to open the drain curtain gate valve.
The latch of drencher veil No. 25 opens on 2 signals from the section KC12 (13) valve and the block of the S2000SP1 relay or on 2 signals from section KC12 and KC13 valves
Fire cranes:
The system is started in manual mode by the signal from the buttons. Starting buttons are provided on floors in the cabinets of fire cranes. By the signal from the buttons, the floor alarm and control unit of BSU3 No. 10/1 11/1 generates a fire signal.
To the received signal, the central device "CP1M" gives a command to the control units of BUZ1 No. 1/1; 1/2 for opening of bypass gate valves ZD1, ZD2.
Dispatch alarm.
Dispatch alarm is provided to monitor fire pumps and electrical valves. The light and sound alarm is output to the central device CP1M provided at the security post.
CPU-1M, in addition to the light-and-sound alarm, displays text information on the status of the automatic fire extinguishing system on the LCD annunciator.
Prescription for installation of automatic fire extinguishing address system.
From TsP1M to peripheral blocks on floors to mount two wire communication line of KPSESngFRHF2h2h0.75 interface and power supply of the equipment of APT KPSESngFRHF1h2h2.5. Loop the interface line. Cables shall be lifted to floors by risers in axes (18; AB and 1314; L). Risers shall be made with steel electric welded pipe d50. To remove cables from the riser on each floor, install PK3 extension boxes. Remove interface lines from the riser to the floor through radar-M disconnectors. Removal of APT equipment supply lines and valve drives shall be performed through circuit breakers. Position the circuit breakers inside the hinged box. Install boxes and breakers along the riser in behind the ceiling space.
Horizontal wiring on floors shall be performed in metal box. With the fixation of the metal sleeve to the ceiling and walls clips. All taps and branches shall be made by means of "09000" 120x80x50 stripping boxes. In case of parking disturbances, unpack boxes shall be located inside metal extension boxes KP3 180x180x73. The control units and switching cabinets shall be installed on the main bearing structures. Do not install on baffles made of flexible cardboard and similar materials. In the pump room, install the equipment on the support structure.
Connect the valves of deluge curtains and pressure annunciators of SDU behind the gate valve with power supply and status alarm cable to LCD 2 and WCD.
To unite start buttons in the building KPSESngFRHF cable 1х2х0.5 in alarm system loops. Lay alarm loops in metal box d12 taking into account PUE requirements. Manual fire detectors of IPR3SU shall be installed at a height of 1.21.5 m from the floor level or inside the cabinets of fire cranes. Protect the cable depressions to IPR3SU with metal sleeve. Connect signaling loops to their BSO.
In the rooms of the pump room and metering unit during installation of switching cabinets and control units on the wall, exclude installation in places where water supply and sewerage are located above the instruments. In the case of installation under the pipes of the water supply system, protect the devices from possible pipe leaks, avoid a short circuit .
To rassklyuchit a cable of the communication line and food on all control units and the block of reserve food of BRP 24/1210A.
For transmission of control signals, control units and automation cabinets must be connected to each other using KVVGngLS 4x0.75 cable or PV1 wire.
Connect automation cabinets and electric drives with cables of HVHShLS corresponding to section load.
To execute loops from pressure indicators to control units KPSVEVngLS cable 2х2х0.75.

Place the equipment in the pump room on the wall so that the instrument controls are at a height of 1.2-1.7m from the finishing floor level.
All non-conductive metal parts of electrical equipment shall be grounded.
Electrical equipment, electrical installation products and cable products included in the "Nomenclature of products and services subject to mandatory certification" must have safety certificates of conformity.
The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, hygienic and fire safety standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.
All equipment maintenance works related to equipment verification, installation and repair shall be performed by personnel of specialized organizations licensed (authorized) by the State Fire Service.
Each APT device must be checked with the frequency provided for it by the State Standard. Devices that have expired the validity of verification and (or) certification, as well as an exception to the register, are not allowed for operation.
Devices shall be protected against unauthorized interference with their operation.
