VK Water supply and sewerage of filling stations

GENERAL GUIDELINES

The following water supply and sewerage systems are designed in the building:

- cold water supply V1;

- hot water pipeline T3;

- domestic sewage system K1;

COLD WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM - B1

Water supply is provided at one inlet D = 32 mm. from polyethylene pipes with

installation of water metering unit with SCBI-20 counter to take into account the total water consumption of filling stations.

Cold water supply for household purposes provides water supply to plumbing appliances and water heaters.

To improve the quality of drinking water on the supply pipeline to the washes in the trading room and the fast food corner, as well as to the drawer, an Atoll A-310 E flow filter is provided.

The internal dividing network is dead end and is mounted from metal plastic pipes. Isolation valves are installed on the supply pipelines to the plumbing appliances. Pipe laying: -opened - in floor structure, set ceiling, in partitions and in floor. Pipelines laid in the sheet ceiling and risers are isolated from condensate drop.

Internal fire extinguishing in the filling station building is not provided in accordance with SNIP 2.04.01 -85 * item 6.5.

HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM -TZ

Heating of water for hot water supply of the building is carried out by ELECTROLUX storage water heaters with a capacity of 100 and 50 liters. Networks are installed from metal plastic pipes. Isolation valves are installed on the supply pipelines to the plumbing appliances. Pipe laying is hidden: in the structure of partitions, in the set ceiling and in the floor.

SEWER K1

Waste water discharge is provided via closed gravity pipelines. The network is made of polyethylene sewer pipes ∅50 and 110 mm as per GOST 22689.2-89. The laying of sewage pipes is provided hidden, in the floor structure.

To discharge condensate from air conditioners and refrigeration equipment, an HL 21 drip funnel with a 50 mm hydraulic seal with a mechanical odor intake device is used. For ventilation of the domestic sewage system, the riser outlet above the roof of the building by 0.5 m is provided.
