General provisions

This design video surveillance system (CV) is developed in accordance with regulatory and regulatory technical documents.

All technical measures are developed in accordance with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other regulations in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure the safe operation of an integrated system for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for by working documents.

The working design at the CB is developed taking into account the requirements of the Terms of Reference.

List and characteristics of protected objects

The building consists of two floors.

The perimeter of the building shall be equipped with a video surveillance system.

Operation of Video Surveillance System

Video signal from each video camera is transmitted to one of sixteen inputs of DVR. It is possible, in real time, to view images coming from video cameras on the monitor screen. It is also possible to record information from all video cameras to the hard disk and view it.

On the monitor screen, against the background of the image, the camera number, date and current time are displayed.

All video cameras record events on the DVR hard drive. When the hard disk is full, the earliest records are erased, and fresh ones are recorded in their place. This ensures that event information is kept safe for the last 4 days.

When viewing records, the recording channel is not disabled and continues to record. This ensures the continuity of information recording.

CB operates around the clock

Video surveillance system hardware provides:

manual and programmatic control of television surveillance system components;

24-hour observation of the building facade equipped with CB;

viewing an image from any television camera in real time and in recording;

24-hour video recording of images from all cameras with recording of time, date, TV camera number.

To meet the requirements for the video surveillance system, the project provides for the installation of 9 black-and-white image cameras for external installation in thermocouples.

Equipment Description and Specifications

Equipment

The main application is long transmission lines using high and standard resolution color and black and white video cameras as the source of the video signal.

Video signal transmission range:

for black and white high-resolution video cameras (over 500 twl) - up to 1500 m;

Operating frequency range - 25 Hz... 7.5 MHz.

The nonlinearity introduced by the device is not more than 58 dB.

Relative deviation of sine-square pulse from rectangular pulse is not more than 10%.

Nonlinearity of luminance signal is not more than 5%.

Deviation of sync pulse span is not more than 5%.

Inter-channel signal penetration is better than - 48 dB.

Cables

Twisted pair

Due to the fact that a twisted pair is a symmetrical cable, its inclusion in television equipment having asymmetric inputs/outputs requires special transient amplifying devices. When working with a twisted pair, it is undesirable to use any connections when it is grown, since this impairs its wave properties. Increase the construction length of the twisted pair through special correction amplifiers. Unlike a radio cable, twisted steam is well protected from interference, including from an industrial network (220-380) V 50 Hz.

Installation of electrical wiring and equipment

Installation of electrical wiring of the equipment of the security television system should be carried out in accordance with the design and taking into account the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE, VSN 11687.

Object significance category: B.

Equipment installation procedure:

street video cameras shall be installed in thermocouples on brackets in accordance with equipment layout diagram;

central equipment to be installed in the security room on the 1st floor of the building.

Object Detection, Discernment and Identification Sectors:

Surveillance sectors are determined by the angles of view that form the lens and video camera. Within this angle, the scene image is transmitted to the monitor. The dimensions of the image elements that are in the camera's field of view on the monitor screen decrease as they are removed from the camera.

Detection sector - This distance ends the sector within which the video path is able to convey information to the operator about objects that are minimal in size on the monitor. But to find an object that is in the sector in 100% of cases is simply not realistic.

An object's distinguishability sector is the maximum distance an object can still be distinguishable from.

The cable network is laid along the building facade in a corrugated pipe d = 20 mm and d = 25 mm with clamps and in a 60x16 mm cable channel in various compartments attached to the floor, wall.

In case of parallel laying of video surveillance loops and power lines, the distance between them must be at least 0.5 m. Crossing of the above lines at right angles is allowed.

When routed in a hidden manner, power and alarm cables shall be laid in a separate cable.

Connections and branches of wires and cables shall be made in junction or junction boxes by soldering or by means of screws.

Power and ground requirements

The power supply of the system is carried out from a single-phase AC network with a voltage of 220V from a separate group intended for the security television system. To avoid system malfunctions in case of power outage of the general power supply ~ 220V, a backup power system is provided, consisting of chemical sources of electric current, which are installed in uninterruptible power supply units for autonomous power supply of the system .

Elements of electrical equipment of the system are grounded from the grounding terminals of the power panel. Protective grounding of the equipment is carried out from grounding devices having a resistance of not more than 4 ohms.

Environmental protection

The designed facilities of the system of harmful emissions into the atmosphere do not emit .

Special measures to comply with sanitary standards and rules of operation of the system are not provided.

Security measures

All installation works shall be carried out in compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations - SNiP 12032001 Occupational safety in construction. Part 1. General requirements .

During electrical installation works the following safety requirements shall be met:

- drilling and punching of holes in brick and concrete, drawing of steel wire and pipe must be carried out using protective glasses with non-glasses. When piercing holes with a hand tool (hatter, mandrel, etc.), it is necessary to check that the length of its working part exceeds the wall thickness by at least 200 mm;

- when tightening the wire (cable) into the pipe (channel), the hands of the operator must be at least 1 m from the end of the pipe (channel).

When operating at altitude, electrical installations must comply with the following safety requirements:

- Use inventory scavenging equipment that has been tested on time;

- it is forbidden to work on mounted structures, busbars, trays, walk along them, as well as climb over fences;

- it is forbidden to use boxes, barrels or other random objects as scavenging devices;

The following safety requirements shall be met when operating in existing enterprises:

- be guided by the requirements of the work order issued for the performed work;

- it is forbidden to use active pipelines and equipment, as well as technological structures, for fastening of process and installation equipment.

During installation of cable lines it is necessary to fulfill the following safety requirements:

- before moving the drum with the cable, take measures to prevent gripping of the workers' clothes. To do this, remove the protruding nails from the drum, and securely attach the ends of the cable;

- to unwind the cable, install the drum on jacks of the corresponding lifting capacity or special trolleys and lift by 0.15 - 0.2 m from the surface ;

- It is forbidden to place the cable inside the cable turning angles, to maintain the cable at the turning angles and to pull it out manually on the cable laying routes having turns. On straight sections of the route, electrical installers should be located on one side of the cable ;

- when manually laying the cable, the number of electrical installers must be such that each of them has a section of cable weighing no more than 35 kg.

After completion of works it is necessary to :

- disconnect electrified tools and other equipment used in operation;

- wipe and lubricate the rubbing parts of the tool and deposit it for storage ;

- clean up the workplace by removing foreign objects from the passages;

- In case of works performance during voltage removal inform the permitting person about completion of work;

- report all violations of safety requirements occurring during the work process to the foreman or supervisor.

Maintenance of the system is allowed for persons who have passed safety training after disconnecting the system from the AC and/or DC network. Passing the briefing is noted in the journal. Electricians serving electrical installations shall be provided with protective means that have passed the corresponding laboratory tests.

All electrical installation, system maintenance, periodicity and test methods of protective equipment shall be carried out in compliance with the relevant regulatory documents.
