Conclusion

Literature

Introduction.

The main task of heating and ventilation systems is to improve working conditions and preserve the health of workers.

The success of this task is determined by the effective operation of the designed systems.

Based on scientific research, equipment is constantly being improved, new fundamental solutions and calculation methods are being developed. Data on the degree of air pollution in production premises are systematized.

For hazardous industries, measures are being developed to reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere by reducing maximum permissible emissions and temporarily agreed emissions.

Requirements for air-thermal mode in production premises are increased by viewing the normalized air parameters.

Therefore, in projects it is necessary to apply progressive scientific and technical achievements, resource and energy-saving technologies and equipment, economic space-planning solutions, material structures, and advanced methods of work.

Output.

To develop ventilation systems in the woodworking shop, the following calculations were carried out:

• Heat engineering calculation of enclosing structures;

• Calculation of heat loss of the workshop;

• Calculation of heat inputs;

• Heat balance of the workshop has been drawn up;

• Calculation of air distribution and selection of air distributors;

• Aerodynamic calculation of ventilation system;

• Aerodynamic calculation of pneumatic transport system;

• Selection of process equipment for ventilation systems.

Calculation of heat input from solar radiation and heat loss for heating of ventilation air was carried out according to several methods. Comparison of the results made it possible to choose the most optimal solution for the calculated ventilation system.

Thus, the calculated pneumatic transport and plenum ventilation system is the most optimal for the calculated object.
