Introduction

The purpose of the course project for the installation of building structures is to consolidate the knowledge gained, develop variant design skills when solving all the main issues of the design installation technology with the choice of the most expedient options based on their technical and economic comparison.

Modern industrial and civil buildings and structures are characterized by increasing spans and heights, the use of complex structural solutions, enlargement of structures, which causes a complication of installation methods, the use of special engineering solutions for organization, mechanization and production technology.

In this course project, a process plan for the construction of a multi-storey frame industrial building was developed.

Installation is carried out in a mixed manner. All structures, except wall panels, shall be installed in a complex manner, i.e. sequential installation of structures within the structural cell; wall panels are mounted by differential method using lighter crane.

Longitudinal stability of the frame during installation and operation is provided by vertical connections along the columns installed in the middle of each deformation block of the building for each row of columns on all floors.

Source Data

Construction district of Chelyabinsk.

Ground freezing depth 1.8 m.

Shop length 72x3 = 216 m, width - 6x4 = 24 m.

The number of floors is 3.

The height of the floor is 4.8 m.

The pitch of the columns in the transverse and longitudinal direction is 6 m.

Structural part

1. Attachment of panels to the building frame is flexible, ensuring independence of longitudinal deformations of panels and the building frame.

2. Glazing is adopted as tape with filling of openings with metal bindings 3000x3000, which are enlarged at the construction site before installation. Panels located above window openings are installed on support consoles, which are welded to embedded parts on columns. Support consoles are also provided on blind wall sections to avoid destruction of panels from the weight of overlying wall sections.

3. Columns are accepted by section 300х300 - extreme and 300х450 - averages.

4. Basement panel h = 1200 mm; l = 6000 mm; b = 300 mm.

5. Row panel h = 1800 mm; l = 6000 mm; b = 300 mm.

6. Voluntary ordinary panel h = 1800 mm; l = 3000 mm; b = 300 mm.

7. For inter-floor slabs, a cross-section of 320x600 mm is used.

8. Plate of 6000х1200х350 mm.

9. Reinforced concrete products:

- ceramic concrete panels γ = 1000 kg/m3 according to catalog ST0231;

- slabs, columns according to catalogs II63, AI-64.

10. Fixation of girders, floor slabs, coating and columns is carried out on welding with subsequent concreting of the joint for corrosion protection.

14. Sequence of installation of elements from one parking lot of conductors

They are installed and welded to each other along the height of the column

Steel links are installed and fixed to the columns (at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the span). At the end of installation of the entire communication building at the beginning and at the end of the span, they are cut.

Girdle columns are laid and welded to consoles.

Inter-column plates are laid and welded to girders, and then row plates.

Slab conductors are laid in spans between slab conductors.

Conductors are moved to the next grip by means of winches

After installation of frame elements, stair elements and stairways are mounted.

15. Installation of wall panels

External curtain panels are mounted with the same cranes as other elements of the building frame. One crane on the one hand, the other on the other.

Prior to installation of panels, installation hairlines are divided, which determine design position of panels in longitudinal and transverse directions and in height. Hairlines for installation of elements by height are broken from the mounting horizon.

Panels are installed in transverse direction by alignment of inner face of panel with thrust face of template, in longitudinal direction - by setting hairlines, and in height - by hairlines of elevation by alignment of thrust face of angular template with upper face or hairline on panel.

Panel is screwed in plan, in transverse direction, along height at two points located near its ends.

After panel installation, alignment, it is temporarily fixed to slab slabs by straps with struts. After constantly fixing the bottom of the panel, it can be upset. Then the top of the panel is permanently fixed.

The panel is stroked using a 2-branch sling. Wall panels are mounted by means of repositioned scaffolding. The panel cassette is located between the building and the KB403 crane.

Selection of vehicles

Transportation of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures from the plant of reinforced concrete products is carried out by road.

Using table 31 "Vehicles for the carriage of structures" [9] and table VII.I-V "Technical characteristics of trucks, trailers, road trains" [8], we select vehicles for the carriage of structures.

1. Transportation of columns - the semi-trailer MAZ 5245B with the tractor MAZ 200B (loading capacity of 12.5 t, internal dimensions of a body 7840kh3200mm, height of a board is 1480 mm).

2. Transportation of girders, floor slabs - by the same vehicle.

3. Transportation of wall panels - the UPP18 TSNIIOMTP concrete panel trailer with the tractor ZIL MMZ164n (loading capacity of 8 t, a body of 6800х1425 mm).

4. For unloading from vehicles to the acquired warehouse - KS 3577 truck crane (lifting capacity 12.5 t, hook lifting height 14.6 m).

The required number of elements (structures) per shift is 30. We accept 2 MAZ 5245B semi-trailers with MAZ 200V tractor, which needs to be replaced by 6 flights, for transportation of wall panels - 2 UPP18 panel trailers.

The panels are delivered gradually during installation.

Preselection of possible options for installation method

Installation of structures is a complex process that includes transportation, preparation and installation work.

Transportation works include delivery, acceptance, unloading and layout of structures in the installation area, as well as supply to the installation area of structures or enlarged blocks from the pre-assembly site.

Preparatory works include: verification of the received structures, reinforcement and consolidation of them; prefabrication of mounted structures with stairs and platforms. Fences, devices for reconciliation and temporary fixation; inspection and preparation of structural support parts.

Installation works include: slinging and gripping, lifting and supply to the installation site, orientation and installation of structures on supports, its temporary attachment, alignment, design attachment and disassembly.

The methods of erection of the building are determined by choosing: first, the general method of erection; secondly, the direction of development of the installation process; third, selecting the type and number of mounting cranes, and finally the size and number of grips.

General installation method.

Depending on the sequential installation of the structures, there are: separate (differentiated), complex (combined) and combined (mixed) installation methods.

In this case, we take the last of the methods. It provides for the installation of a number of structures by a separate method, and the rest by a complex method.

The combined method is useful in the installation of railway structures of a multi-storey production building, as well as in the installation of multi-storey buildings of large length (more than the 1st temperature block).

Safety Precast Installation

When installing structures, it is mandatory to comply with the safety requirements set out in SNiP III480 * "Safety in construction," "Rules for the construction and safe operation of lifting cranes."

2. Driveways, passageways, crane tracks and loading and unloading areas are regularly cleaned of garbage.

3. In the area where installation works are carried out, it is not allowed to perform other works and find unauthorized persons.

4. Installation work in the open air is not allowed at wind force of 6 points or more, and at installation of blind panels at wind force of 5 points.

5. Do not perform electric welding operations in the open air during thunderstorms, wind force 5 points or more.

6. When unloading components from vehicles, it is forbidden to move prefabricated components above the driver's cab.

7. It is forbidden to lift prefabricated reinforced concrete structures that do not have mounting loops or marks that ensure their correct slinging and installation.
