3.2 Calendar Plan

3.2.1 The initial data for the development of the schedule are:

- detailed drawings of the construction facility;

- developed job instructions for the main types of construction and installation works;

- construction duration standards (as per SNiP 1.04.0385).

3.2.2 The schedule is a design document in which, in accordance with the nature and scope of construction and installation work, an expedient sequence and construction period are established. According to the calendar plan, the need for labor and material and technical resources is calculated in time, as well as the delivery time for all types of materials and building structures.

On the basis of the calendar plan, the construction progress is monitored and the work of all performers is coordinated.

3.3 stroigenplan

3.3.1 Initial data for construction plan development are:

1. Plot plan of the site with existing and projected buildings and underground utilities networks

2. Schedule with work flow schedule

3. List and number of construction machines and mechanisms

4. List of requirements for prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, products and materials

5. List, number and size of temporary buildings, structures and warehouses

6. Regulatory data on design of SGP

7. Site-wide SGP

8. Job Instructions

3.3.2 Purpose of construction plan and purpose of its development.

The construction plan is an integral part of the construction organization project (PIC) or the work execution project (PPR). As part of the PIC, the site-wide Stroygenplan is being developed, and in the PPR object. The differences between the specified GWPs are in detail.

Construction plan - a design document, which, in addition to buildings and structures under construction, indicates the places of storage of materials and structures, the ways of movement of machines and mechanisms, the placement of temporary buildings and structures, water supply and power supply networks, as well as other communications, structures and devices necessary for the normal provision of construction and construction facilities for the construction of the facility with the lowest labor costs, material costs and in a given time.

The construction plan is developed taking into account the decisions of the general plan of the facility, compliance with the construction technology of the facility adopted in the course work, compliance with labor protection, safety, fire safety requirements and sanitary standards, rational use of the construction site, reduction of material and labor costs for the construction of temporary buildings and structures due to the use of permanent water supply networks designed for the operation of the facility, sewerage, power supply of access roads and other structures.

SNiP 3.01.0185 "Organization of Construction Production" shall be used when developing SGP.

3.3.8. Fire safety at the construction site.

Fire safety on the building site, sites of works and jobs has to be provided according to requirements "Fire safety regulations by production of SMR" and "Fire safety regulations by production welding and other hot work" and also according to requirements of GOST 12.1.004.76.

On the construction site it is not allowed to use open fire within a radius of less than 50 m from the place of application and storage of materials containing flammable or explosive materials. Materials that emit explosive or harmful substances are allowed to be stored at workplaces in quantities not exceeding replacement needs. Materials containing explosive solvents shall be stored in sealed containers. In places where materials containing explosive substances are prepared, the use of fire is not allowed, sparking actions. It is not allowed to use open fire to warm up the machine units, as well as to operate the machines in the presence of leaks in fuel and oil systems.

Places of electric welding and gas-flame works shall be exempt from burned objects within a radius of not less than 5 m, and from explosive materials and installations - 10 m.

3.3.9. Environmental protection.

Care should be taken of the vegetation layer of soil resulting from the preparation of the construction area. Harmful and poisonous impurities of gasoline and other chemical compounds are not allowed into reservoirs and groundwater. Trees and shrubs located during the construction period must be protected and warning inscriptions made. Mechanisms driven by internal combustion engine shall be checked and adjusted for maximum permissible CO content in exhaust gases. Building debris from standing buildings and forests should be lowered along closed chutes, in closed boxes or containers.

It is forbidden to burn garbage and bituminous materials that cause smoke in the adjacent area and atmospheric air. Pulverized materials should be stored in closed containers, taking measures

against their spraying during loading and unloading. Road carriageways forming pulverized vehicles shall be periodically wetted with water.

Clogging of adjacent reservoirs, green spaces and groundwater by construction debris and sewage is not allowed.

Do not leave garbage, rejected prefabricated parts and structures, containers of harmful liquids after construction.

3.10 Calculation of TEP

1. The area of ​ ​ the construction plan is 11656 sq.m.

5. Ratio of temporary buildings and closed warehouses to the built-up area 1.57
