The working design of the fire warning system for people has been developed in accordance with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure the safe operation of the integrated system for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working documents.

2. object description
The 3-storey building of the SHOPPING and ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX at the address ___________________________ shall be protected by automatic fire alarm.
Air temperature in rooms 1522 degrees C.
The ceiling height in the premises is not more than 6 meters, except for the trading room - 9 m.
The main type of fire load in the protected rooms are: wood, paper, insulation of electrical cables, non-combustible materials in a burnt package.
3. system description
3.1 Purpose and functions of the system
The warning system is an integral part of automatic fire protection in buildings.
The warning system (CO) is primarily designed to alert personnel and customers about fire and other emergency conditions, and also allows you to make service announcements in any of the warning areas.
The choice of the method for notifying people about a fire was carried out according to NPB10405 "Design of systems for notifying people about a fire in buildings and structures." According to the requirements of this document, the building should be equipped with CO of the third type: voice automatic (recording and transmission of special texts) and light (light indicators "Output").
The notification shall be carried out by translating voice information about the need for evacuation and other actions aimed at ensuring safety.
Evacuation management shall be carried out by:
- actuation of evacuation lighting;
- Transmission of specially developed texts on JI aimed at preventing panic and other phenomena that complicate the evacuation process (crowding of people in passages, etc.);
Translation of texts containing information on the necessity of the direction of movement;
- actuation of direction of motion light indicators.
The warning system shall be controlled from the security room (fire station). First of all, there is an alert to the security service, and then all the others according to a specially designed sequence.
3.2 Main technical solutions adopted in the project
3.2.1 Voice Announcement
VELLEZ set of equipment is used for voice announcement.
The choice of this equipment is due to the type of warning system, the large area of each warning zone, the installation of a large number of speakers in one warning zone, the need to notify from the security room from the microphone.
The power of the alerts is 1, 3, 6 and 10 watts.
The used warning equipment of VELLEZ company has a fire safety certificate.
The voice warning system consists of:
- digital message source DMS0132 (rus/ang) 220/2463RMLI - 1 pc.;
- the power amplifier of 300 W 300PA016M/24 - 6 pieces;
- switching and monitoring unit PS6/10C3RM - 1 pc.;
- remote microphone panel for 10 zones RM10 - 3 pcs.;
- standby power supply unit - PSU 0124/24 - 4 pcs .;
- acoustic annunciators.
All modules of the system, except for the microphone panel, are made in a structure designed to be located in a standard 19 "electrical cabinet.
Notification is carried out from 3 panels of microphone RM10 installed in the security room.
The annunciators used in the system do not have volume controls and are turned on without detachable devices through the junction box KS4.
Alarm network voltage 30 V.
The entire building is divided into 10 zones:
- 1 zone - trading room 1st floor;
- zone 2 - trading room 1st floor;
- 3 zone - premises leased to the 1st floor;
- 4th zone - gastronomy zone 1st floor ;
- zone 5 - 3rd floor;
- 6 zone - office premises of the 2nd floor;
- zone 7 - 2nd floor exhibition;
- 8 zone - cafe 2nd floor;
- zone 9 - office premises of the 2nd floor;
- 10 zone - car park.

3.2.2 Light warning
Light annunciators indicate the direction of evacuation.
Light annunciators are installed of "BlikS12" type ("OUTPUT" green):
Warning signs, their colors and place of installation are selected according to NPB 16097.
3.3 Cable network
Cables and wires shall be laid separately from wiring with voltage exceeding 60V in a separate electric box or pipe.
Loops of the speech notification in rooms are laid openly on the walls and a ceiling in electroboxes by KPSVV1h2h0.75 cable.
Loops of the light notification in rooms are laid openly on the walls and a ceiling in electroboxes by ShVVP2h0.75 cable.
3.4 Power supply and earthing
According to PUE, automatic fire alarm installations in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply are classified as electrical receivers of the 1st category. Therefore, power supply of the plants should be carried out from two independent power sources.
The main power supply 220 V, 50Hz is connected to the VELLEZ warning station from the ATS panel through the automatic circuit breaker.
Four unserved, hermetically sealed batteries with a capacity of 12 Ah each are installed in the body of the VELLEZ station.
Power supply of light annunciators is provided from three redundant power sources Scat1200M.
Consumption of automatic fire alarm and fire warning system from 220V 50Hz network - 2000 W.
Grounding of equipment and devices shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE, technical documentation of manufacturers.
4. environmental protection
Noise produced by the provided equipment does not exceed the permissible medical sanitary standards.
The designed equipment does not release harmful substances into the environment.
6. professional and qualification composition of persons working at the facility for maintenance and operation of the systems
To maintain the designed safety systems, it is recommended to involve specialized organizations that have licenses for the right to carry out this type of work. The duty personnel shall be trained in the rules of operation on the installed equipment.
Personnel who have passed safety training are allowed to service the systems. Passing the briefing is noted in the journal. Personnel servicing electrical installations shall be provided with protective means that have passed the relevant tests.
7. fire-fighting measures
Fire safety is ensured by the following design solutions:
• selection of circuit breakers;
• selection of cable grades;
• A grunting device;
• Using existing fire extinguishing equipment.
8. operation and maintenance
The mode of operation of the designed system is round-the-clock.
Control, operation of equipment and fire safety will be carried out around the clock, by duty personnel.
The designed equipment is subject to guaranteed maintenance under a separate Contract.
