General Instructions
The rooms equipped with the system have the following main characteristics:
• There is no radiation, vibration, corrosive media in the rooms;
• relative air humidity - up to 80%;
• all rooms heated;
• no forced ventilation.
Fire automatics installations for ensuring the reliability of power supply belong to electric consumers of category I according to the requirements of Chapter 1.2 of PUE86. The main power supply of the devices is provided from the existing AC network with a voltage of 220 B, a frequency of 50 Hz. Power supply must be performed from a free group of emergency (evacuation) lighting board, and in its absence - from the duty lighting board directly, without intermediate switches. If there is no free group on the electric panels, the casting wires are connected from the lead-in terminals with installation of the electric panel with fuses or inserts near the device.
Backup power supply of devices is provided from built-in uninterruptible power supply units with accumulators providing independent operation of devices in standby mode for at least 24 hours.
Fire alert.
In accordance with the technical assignment for the design, the fourth type of fire warning was chosen, which provides for the division of the building into fire warning zones, voice fire warning, the installation of light alerts (annunciators) with the inscription "Exit," the installation of fire safety evacuation signs, and the feedback of fire warning zones with the fire station room .
The building is divided into four warning areas.
The fire warning system in each zone is activated automatically when the fire alarm device generates the "FIRE" signal.
The warning system is implemented on the basis of the Rechor automatic voice fire warning device as part of the basic four-zone module BAS-4 with a microphone headset and five BUM2/4 power amplifiers. ACP01.1.4 acoustic modules are used as voice annunciators.
Parameters of "Rechor" warning devices:
• BAS-4 warning power rating - 50 W;
• BUM2/4 alarm power rating - 2x50 W;
• operating frequency range 20010000 Hz;
• total memory capacity for voice messages is not less than 120 s;
• maximum voltage of the output signal of the translation line 120 V;
• number of inputs for command connection from fire panel - 4;
• maximum number of voice messages - 4;
• Operation time in standby mode in case of mains disconnection is not less than 48 hours;
• voltage and capacity of 12V/7 Ah batteries;
• dimensions (BASS, BOOM) of 400х240х95 mm.
The two-way feedback of the fire station with the warning areas is carried out using the Commax internal communication device with the central station installed at the fire station and ten subscriber stations installed in each of the warning areas. In addition, existing telephone communication is used for these purposes.
The output annunciators in the building are installed earlier during the installation of electrical lighting.
Installation requirements.
Basic equipment of the warning system shall be installed on the wall of non-combustible material.
Electrical wiring to execute KPKVngFRLS cable 1х2х0.5 and to lay in cable channels at the height not less than 2.5 m from floor level.
Attach voice annunciators at a height of not less than 2.3 m from the floor level. The distance from the ceiling to the alert shall not be less than 150 mm .
With parallel open laying, the distance from the warning system cables to the power and lighting cables must be at least 0.5 m. It is allowed to reduce the distance to 0.25 m from the warning system cables to single lighting wires and control cables.
All equipment used in the alert system is certified. Fire safety certificate numbers are specified in the equipment specification in the column "Note."
