Description

During this course design, the main crane mechanisms were calculated, a choice was made based on these calculations of normalized and standard assembly units, their rational layout. All mechanisms meet the requirements of reliability, convenience of installation and dismantling, maintenance, safety. All calculations were performed in compliance with the requirements of Rostekhnadzor of Russia.

Introduction

Course design for lifting machines (GPM)

promotes the generalization and consolidation of theoretical knowledge of students and instills in them the skills of independently solving engineering problems when developing structures of assembly units and machines.

When performing a course project on GPM, the student uses GOST, reference literature, studies and applies modern machine designs and the best achievements in the field of domestic and foreign engineering. The skills of drawing, calculating and drafting text design documents are further developed.

The objects of design are lifting machines.

The main tasks of the student are: the calculation of the main crane mechanisms, the choice on the basis of these calculations of normalized and standard assembly units, their rational layout. The mechanisms should be developed taking into account their placement on the metal structures of the crane. The mechanisms must meet the requirements of reliability, ease of installation and dismantling, maintenance, safety. All calculations must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the rules of Rostekhnadzor of Russia.

Conclusion

During this course design, the main crane mechanisms were calculated, a choice was made based on these calculations of normalized and standard assembly units, their rational layout. All mechanisms meet the requirements of reliability, convenience of installation and dismantling, maintenance, safety. All calculations were performed in compliance with the requirements of Rostekhnadzor of Russia.
