Introduction
The modern stage of the country's economic development is accompanied by the growth of the car fleet and the rapid development of the car service network .
The competition created in these conditions brings to the fore the problem of quality of service. And if so, then in the struggle to increase revenues, the heads of car service enterprises are trying to find out; who is their client, how to attract and hold him. The specifics of transportation imposes a certain imprint on the demand for freight car service. Since the service is in demand, the question is legitimate: who and how we serve, who applies for the service.
Modern methods of organizing the maintenance and repair of equipment are actively introduced on the Russian market only by importers of foreign machines. These methods must inevitably be applied for domestic equipment, otherwise its competitiveness will fall every year .
The service infrastructure for trucks in Russia is poorly developed. The density of the network of service enterprises is tens of times less than that of foreign companies in other countries. The efficiency of freight transport in developed countries is ensured by enterprises that specialize in service and do not engage in transportation. Service and repair of trucks is carried out by maintenance stations of dealers of automotive manufacturers, independent repair shops and only to a small extent own workshops of motor transport enterprises.
The increase in the number of trucks entailed the need for maintenance and repair of KamAZ cars, which are characterized by low cost, comfort, modern and attractive design. At the same time, not only on new ones that embody advanced automotive technologies, but also on cars that were in operation, but that retained their characteristics, such as reliability and safety.
When analyzing the feasibility of developing and building a city workshop for KamAZ trucks, data were obtained on the number and compliance, technical qualities of cars of these brands, as well as their distribution among individuals and legal entities.
The most popular among enterprises and citizens with trucks are the following works: general diagnosis:
Maintenance and maintenance of the diesel engine power supply system, since the technical condition of the mechanisms and assemblies of the engine power supply system significantly affects its power and economy;
TO and TR of transmission units, suspension, braking system, steering;
busbars;
electrical works;

A broken truck in transit is a difficult to transport machine, which in many cases is almost impossible to repair in place. In this regard, usually the owners of freight vehicles pay very much attention to preventing breakdowns, constantly send cars for diagnosis, examine them and carry out even minor repairs at the slightest risk that the car may fail at the right time.
The growth of the KamAZ family of trucks requires the creation of specialized STOs capable of maximally meeting the needs for maintenance and maintenance.
A study of the experience of the STO shows that the effect of production is achieved not so much by enlarging the enterprises themselves, but by creating small, flexible industries that can change the type of basic maintenance and TR of cars.
The proposed maintenance and maintenance services of the power supply system and bus assembly should be fast and high-quality and performed by qualified specialists in these areas of repair, since the increase in the number of freight transport of domestic and foreign production requires the creation of universal workshops capable of maximally meeting the needs for maintenance and maintenance work.
Reducing the labour intensity of work, equipping workplaces and posts with high-performance equipment should be considered as one of the main directions of technological progress in the creation of stations and road transport enterprises.
The designed STO will perform maintenance and repair at its own production areas in a certified service center (the status assigned to the service enterprise performing pre-sales preparation, maintenance and repair work on its production base, including in-depth repair of units and units, KamAZ automotive equipment) in the city of Krasnodar.
KamAZ automotive equipment - KamAZ cars, NefA3 buses, engines, gearboxes and power units manufactured by KamAZ Group plants and products of KamAZ superstructure plants.
All works will be carried out using the original components and consumables recommended by the manufacturer in accordance with the exact compliance with the technology and regulatory technical documentation, thereby guaranteeing high quality. The availability of a large range of spare parts in the central warehouses will make it possible to repair KamAZ cars in the shortest possible time. All types of work will be carried out by experienced personnel who have undergone professional training in the training centers of manufacturers.
Professional qualification of specialists allows you to carry out work on repairing cars of any complexity. In particular, the most complex units and units for KamAZ cars will be repaired.
