Description
In this diploma project, the modernization of the district boiler house of Volkovysk is considered. The calculation of the thermal scheme was made using the methods of mathematical modeling. The calculation scheme is synthesized on the basis of the main elements: boiler, consumers, heat exchangers, pumps, etc. On the basis of the scheme, a mathematical model was developed and a computer program was created to calculate: the costs of the main energy carriers, the efficiency of boilers, the boiler house. Based on the calculations of the program, a design solution for modernization was developed. A thermal calibration calculation of the TVG-4r boiler unit and a hydraulic calculation of the gas pipeline with the choice of shut-off and control equipment were carried out. The economic efficiency of modernization was calculated and the payback period of the boiler house was calculated.
