2.1. Source Data

The design site is located in the city of Krasnoturinsk;

The design object is a five-room two-story residential building;

The ground of the base is loam.

2.2. Volumetric planning solution

The building sizes on axes: 11400х8400;

Building height from ground level: 6830;

Fire resistance degree - II;

The degree of durability is I.

2.3.3 Walls and partitions

External walls are built of brick with insulation of thickness 620 mm. The outer wall consists of 3 layers (ceramic brick with voids, mineral wool mats, full-white brick).

Inner walls are made of ceramic hollow brick with thickness of 250mm.

Partitions with a thickness of 120 mm.

2.3.5 Stairs

Stairs are used to communicate between floors. The staircase consists of a flight of stairs and a landing. The material is wood. The railing is wooden with a height of 900mm.

2.3.6 Backlash

Concrete monolithic slab on sand preparation laid along perimeter of external walls. Width 500 mm. The pavement is laid to a depth of 30 mm.

2.3.7 Roof

In the designed building, the roof is two-pitched with a slope of 150 rafters. The roof consists of: rafter legs 100x150mm; steam insulation Isolon AQ proff; mineral wool 100mm; waterproofing of Unidex; lattice with cross section 60x60mm; vetroisolation Isolon AQ proff; metal cutter.

On the veranda, the roof is double-pitched with a slope of 150. The roof is covered with metal.

Selection of building materials

3.1 Selection of materials for roof

The roof is the upper enclosing structure of the building, which performs load-bearing, hydro-insulating and, if necessary, attic (combined) roofs and warm attics, heat-insulating functions.

Attic roof in the designed building

Roof composition:

- shingles;

- hydro-wind protection;

-stropil system.

As load-bearing structures for the roof, wooden rafter legs made of pine antiseptic bar with a section of 100x150 mm and a lattice with a section of 60x60 mm are used.
