General characteristics of the designed building.

Project for the construction of a two-storey building of an individual residential building

The house is designed in the Perm region, the dimensions of the house in the axes are 15,040 X 13,380 (m). 

The height of the building is +8,700. Flame retardant 2, durability 2. The house has premises, the explication of which is given on sheet 1 in the graphic part of this project.

General layout of the site.

The master plan of the site is shown on sheet 1 of the project, on a scale of 1:500. Plot Dimensions: 85.70*90.00m. The explication of buildings, structures and sites located on the master plan is summarized in a table and presented on sheet 1 of the project.

Secondary driveways are intended for pedestrian and transport links between buildings and the main street. Pedestrian paths are made of asphalt concrete mixture, access roads for car traffic are made of asphalt

The percentage of landscaping is sufficient to protect from the wind.

Engineering networks and communications are carried out to the designed building from the existing networks.

The absolute elevation of the clean floor is 113.32 m.

The width of the sidewalk is 2.0 m.

The width of the main road is 6 m.

The relief of the plot is calm with a depression from Yugo-Zapod.
