1. INTRODUCTION.

1.1. The design of the heat energy and coolant metering unit was carried out in accordance with the loads specified in the design of the Residential Buildings Complex at Khimki St. Lavochkina, microdistrict 1. Installation of thermal energy meters is carried out at the address of Khimki st. Lavochkina d13 sq 143

1.2. The purpose of creating a unit for commercial accounting of thermal energy is to calculate with power supply organizations for consumed energy resources according to the readings of metering devices.

Device and operation of heat meter.

The heat meter performs: measurement of water flow rate (volume) - water meters, flow meters; coolant temperatures - by thermal transducers in supply and (or) return pipelines of heat supply systems; determination of heat energy and other parameters of heat carrier by processing the measurement results by heat calculator.

Depending on the order, the type of heat calculator is chosen, as well as the number of meters, flow meters, thermal converters that ensure that the heat calculator determines all the required parameters .

4.1.5 Measuring equipment, tools and accessories.

When installing the primary transducers, the tools and equipment specified in the OM on them are used.

4.1.6 Marking and sealing.

The heat meter number is the same as the number indicated when marking the heat emitter.

Marking and sealing of heat meter functional units - refer to section 1.2.

4.1.7 Packing.

Packing of each heat meter functional unit is specified in section 1.2. Storage of heat meters in the package shall comply with storage conditions 3 GOST 1515069.

4.2 Description and operation of heat meter components.

4.2.1 General information.

Primary transducers in accordance with Table 2 are used to measure the volume and flow rate of coolant in the heat meter; for calculation and indication of heat energy, heat carrier volume, electric power, measurement and indication of heat carrier temperatures, as well as temperature difference of heat carrier, heat calculator is used

VTE-1K complete with resistance thermal transducers in accordance with Table 2.

4.2.4 Thermal converters.

4.2.4.1 Description.

Resistance thermal transducers are resistive sensors with ohmic resistance that measure the temperature of the coolant. The principle of operation of the transducers is based on the conversion of the signal generated under the influence of the measured medium by its sensitive element into a normalized electric signal.

Thermal transducers, depending on the temperature of the coolant, have a certain ohmic resistance, which is converted by the thermal calculator into a temperature value or temperature difference measured in 0C.

Sensors measure temperature of heat carrier.

After verification, a verification certificate is issued to the set of thermal transducers that are checked in a pair (to reduce the error in measuring the temperature difference).

Preservation of thermal transducers is carried out in accordance with GOST 9.01478 for the group of articles: - thermal transducers - III-I;. protection options B310; options for internal packaging: - VU-6.

5 Use as intended.

5.1 Operational limitations.

Installation of the heatcalculator of the heat meter has to is made in the closed heated rooms with ambient temperature from +5os to +50os and relative humidity to 80%.

Restrictions on installation of water meters, flow meters-meters in their technical documentation.

During operation it is necessary to observe the following basic conditions ensuring normal operation of the heat meter:

- the amount of water per month consumed by the facilities shall not exceed the values set in the meters (meter flowmeters);

- operation of the counter at maximum flow rate is allowed not more than 1 hour per day;

- in use excess of the maximum water temperature (150 wasps) is not allowed.
