51.2006 - PBX Thermal Energy Metering Unit Design
Basic functionality.
During operation, LOGIC 9943E1 heat meter provides:
- measurement of volume, flow rate, temperature;
- calculation of quantity of thermal energy, mass and average values of temperature and pressure;
- registration of amount of thermal energy, mass, volume, average temperature, an average difference of temperatures and average pressure in hour, daily and monthly archives;
- indication of current, archive and tuning parameters on the built-in display and their input to the printer and computer;
- maintenance of calendar and time of day and recording of working time (accounts);
- monitoring of measured parameters for compliance with permitted ranges;
- data protection from unauthorized measurement.
Archives are stored in volatile memory and can be stored for the entire life of the heat calculator even if there is no power supply. They contain 1080 hourly, 185 daily and 48 monthly values of each parameter to be archived.
Metrological characteristics.
Thermal calculator error in operating conditions does not exceed:
± 0.1% flow rate measurement (relative)
± 0.15C when measuring temperature (absolute)
± 0.03С when measuring temperature difference (absolute)
± 0.1% at pressure measurement (reduced; normalizing value - upper limit of pressure reading range)
± 0.02% when calculating the amount of thermal energy and mass (relative)
± 0.05% when calculating average values of temperature, temperature difference, and pressure (relative)
± 0.01% when measuring time (relative)
