1. Basis for development of design documentation.

This working documentation is based on:

- contracts of design 11/05 of November 13, 2009 on development of the project documentation on the PS system and notifications of people about the fire in rooms of the TV and RV RC No. 11 Tikhvin shop located at the address: Leningrad Region., Tikhvin Ron, Tikhvin, Tikhvin forestry, suburban forest area, quarter 75,/N, letter B;

- technical assignment for the development of design and estimate documentation "Automatic installation of fire alarm and warning of people in case of fire" in the technical building of the Tikhvin workshop of TV and RV, located at 187551 Leningrad region, Tikhvin ron, Tikhvin forestry quarter 75, zd. Letter B. (Annex No. 4 to Contract No. 11/05 of 13 November 2009).

During the design, the architectural drawings of the defenses provided by the Customer were used.

2. Brief description of the protected object.

The object is a 2-story radio center building with an area of ​ ​ 878.4 m2.

All administrative premises shall be protected by automatic fire alarm except those specified in SP 5.13130.2009. Appendix A, item A.4.

4. Warning system for people in case of fire.

All floors of the building are equipped with a fire warning system in accordance with SP 3.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. C-system of warning and management of evacuation of people in case of fire. Fire safety requirements, "

According to Table 1 and Table 2 (16-number of floors - up to 6) SP 3.13130.2009,

At this facility, a type 2 warning system is used, providing for the installation of:

- sirens;

- "OUTPUT" light indicators;

Sirens are attached at a height of at least 2.3 m from the floor level, the distance from the ceiling to the detector must be at least 150 mm.

On the escape routes, exits to the staircases, "EXIT" light indicators and escape direction indicators are installed, constantly connected to an uninterrupted power supply.

Monitoring of sounder lines is performed by UKMEDiP isp. IS

manufactured by Hephaestus LLC, St. Petersburg. Information on malfunction of the sound notification arrives on PPKOP of "Signal20P" located on the 2nd floor from which on the communication line arrives on the nakhodyashchiysyaa C2000M control panel in office No. 34 on the second floor.

Control of lines of light annunciators is exercised by block UKLSIP isp. IS

manufactured by Hephaestus LLC, St. Petersburg. Information about the failure of the light warning line is transmitted to the "Signal20P" PPKOP located on the 2nd floor, from which it is transmitted through the communication line to the "S2000M" control and monitoring panel located in room No. 34 on the second floor.

Power supply is provided from external power supply source 220V 50Hz (category 1 as per PUE). Backup power supply of devices is provided through BRP12 units, which have sealed unattended accumulators with voltage of 12V, capacity of 7 A * h. Storage capacity of accumulators provides operation of CO during 24 hours in standby mode ("Normal") and at least 3 hours in "Fire" mode (in accordance with para 4.3 of Sp 6.13130.2009).

5. Principle of operation.

When fire detectors are activated on the receiving equipment, an audible and light alarm is turned on, indicating the number of the loop (line) in which the activated detector is included.

In case of damage of trunk lines or loops with fire detectors (break, short circuit) on receiving equipment sound and light signal of damage with indication of number of damaged loopback is activated.

The sound signal in case of fire differs in tone from the sound signal about damage, malfunction.

Detailed description of the principle of operation of the receiving equipment and individual elements included in the plant is given in the technical documentation of the factory manufacturers.

6. Installation instructions.

Installation of alarm equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the approved design and estimate documentation or inspection certificate (in accordance with standard design solutions), working documentation (work execution project, technical documentation of manufacturers, process charts) and these rules.

Cable lines of fire alarm and fire warning systems shall be laid in accordance with para 4.13. SP 6.13130.2009. (cable lines of fire protection systems can not be laid together with other cables and wires in one conduit, pipe, bundle, closed channel of construction structure or on one tray)

According to item 4.1. SP 6.13130.2009 (Cable lines of fire protection systems shall be made with a fire-resistant cable with copper cores that do not spread combustion during group layout according to category A according to GOST R IEC 60332322 with low smoke and gas release (ngLSFR), or containing no halo genes (ngHFFR).

7. Equipment placement.

Equipment is placed in accordance with SP 5.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Fire alarm and fire extinguishing units are automatic. Design Codes and Regulations, "paragraph 13.14:

13.14.1 Acceptance control devices, control devices and other equipment shall be used in accordance with the requirements of state standards, technical documentation and taking into account climatic, mechanical, electromagnetic and other impacts in their places of placement, as well as if appropriate certificates are available.

13.14.6 PPK and control devices shall be installed on walls, partitions, structures made of non-combustible materials. Installation of the above equipment is allowed on structures made of combustible materials, under conditions of protection of these structures with a steel sheet with a thickness of at least 1 mm or other sheet non-combustible material with a thickness of at least 10 mm. In this case, the sheet material must protrude beyond the circuit of the installed equipment by at least 0.1 m.

13.14.7 The distance from the upper edge of the PSK and the control device to the overlap of the room made of combustible materials must be at least 1 m.

13.14.8 At adjacent arrangement of several PSV and control devices the distance between them must be not less than 50 mm.

13.14.9 PSK devices and control devices shall be placed in such a way that the height of the floor level to the operational controls and indication of the specified equipment meets the requirements of ergonomics.

8. Power supply.

The fire alarm unit is a consumer of electricity of the first category and power supply is provided from two independent power sources:

-basic input - ~ 220 V, 50 Hz (from GRF with isolation of the individual pair and installation of the circuit breaker);

-reserved input 12. C (from backup power supply with storage battery).

Power consumed by the plant shall be taken into account by the design meters of the facility .

9. Protective grounding (bushing).

To protect maintenance personnel from electric shock in case of insulation damage, the use of electrical equipment buildings is provided.

Electrical equipment shall be occupied by metal connection of their housings to the neutral of the power supply network, for which purpose working zero conductors of supply cables or conductors specially laid for this purpose are used.

Grounding of the device is performed by mechanical connection of the corresponding clem of the device with the Earth clem of the electrical panel using a free cable core .

10. Corrosion protection.

Corrosion protection shall be provided for auxiliary steel structures for attachment of detectors, equipment and cables.

Protection is carried out by applying protective painting with enamels of PF115 grades GOST 6465 in two layers on a pre-cleaned and defatted surface. Coating color as per GOST 14202 and GOST 12.4.026.

12. Protection of the environment.

Due to the absence of harmful effects on the environment, special measures for environmental protection are not required.
