Section 1. Source Data

The task of designing coursework is a wooden individual residential building for permanent residence in it of a family of four people: two adults and two children.

An individual residential building has a third capital class, which corresponds to an average service life without major repairs of 5070 years. Fire resistance class - third. The durability class is the second.

The plot allotted for development is located in the city of Vyborg, Leningrad Region, at 13 Lenin Street. The area of this site is 15.75 acres (34x45 m2).

The geological conditions of the site: sandy-clay soils, are a good basis for the foundation of the house. The level of rise of groundwater is 0.8 m lower than the foundation .

Climatic characteristics of the construction area: temperate climate, average winter temperature - 260C. The duration of the heating season is 219 days. Since in the house it is necessary to provide the average temperature of the premises + 18... + 200C and the relative humidity of the air 55%, then there is a need for heat-saving technologies .

In the region under consideration, the construction of two-storey houses is most appropriate, since they are the most economical.

Section 2. Master Plan and Improvement

The site is located in the low-rise construction zone of the city of Vyborg with a developed infrastructure. The site is extended from north to south, fenced by a fence and has a slight slope of 0.0002.

The western side of the site adjoins Lenin Street, which according to SNiP 2.07.0189 "Urban planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements "belongs to the category of streets of local importance and has 2 lanes 3 meters wide each. The south side of the site adjoins a secondary passage, which has one lane 3.5 m wide. Access to the site and entrance to it is carried out on the south side. On the other sides, the section borders with neighboring sections .

On the designed site, 2 functional zones are distinguished: the economic zone (occupies about 1/6 part of the area of the entire site) and the recreation zone.

In addition to a residential building on the site there are:

1. Garage (28.0 m ²);

2. Shed (20.0 m ²);

3. Garden toilet (9.0 m ²);

4. Gazebo (25.0 m ²);

5. Playground (100.0 m ²);

6. 2 benches and 2 tables .

7. Sports ground (150.0 m ²)

On the site planted: 3 apple trees, 3 cherry trees, 10 garden shrubs, 3 plums. Lawns and flower beds are broken, as well as 1 alpine roller coaster. In the economic zone, places for beds (with a total area of 48 m ²) and a place for a compost pit are thought out .

All tracks on the section are made of bridge stone.

Section 3. Volumetric planning solution

The residential building, like the plot, is divided into functional zones. On the ground floor there are utility rooms (boiler room, kitchen, pantry) and daytime rooms (living room, terrace, common room, guest bedroom). Climbing from the first floor to the second is carried out by stairs (two-march, rotary). On the second floor there is a sleeping area (2 bedrooms), a recreation area (hookah, library) and plumbing rooms (sauna).

The following are the location of the rooms by floor and their area:

1st floor:

• Hall (14.65 m ²);

• Lounge-dining room (26.88m ²);

• Common room (18.07 m ²);

• Kitchen (16.18 m ²);

• Bathroom (4.19 m ²);

• Dressing room (4.19 m ²);

• Business premises (7.0 m ²);

• Boiler room (5.84 m ²);

• Terassa (2 * 11.92 m ²);

• Tambour (4.95 m ²).

2nd floor:

• Bedroom with balcony (25.94 m ²);

• Bedroom (10.65 m ²);

• Hookah (3.17 m ²);

• Library (4.2 m ²);

• Sauna (4.95 m ²);

• Locker room (4.2 m ²);

• Bath (10.5 m ²);

• Bathroom (5.84 m ²).

4.2. Exterior decoration of rooms

The walls of the house are not sheathed, covered with antiseptic and flame retardant compositions. The finish of the basement consists of enlarged ceramic brown facing bricks RAUF 250 * 120 * 88 mm. Asphalt pavement.

Section 5. Constructive solution

In the building there are tape foundations, cast concrete with a section area of 0.5x0.5 m2. Foundation laying depth is 2.8 m.

The walls are combined with a ribbon foundation, laid out of concrete and expand slightly to take into account lateral pressure. The external waterproofing of the walls is a double coating with hot bitumen. On the outside, asphalt pavement adjoins the walls of the basement.

For the construction of capital walls, a cut bar with a cross section area of 220x220 mm2 is used.

Partitions are made of gypsum concrete. The thickness of the partitions is 100 mm. They are installed from single panels with a soundproofing layer of 4 cm between them.

Floors are wooden, resting on structural walls. On the beams are laid lags, which are bars with a cross section of 50x60mm, on which floor boards are laid. Floors contain insulation, sound, steam and waterproofing. Floor designs of the first and second floors have differences related to their location.

Roof: two-pitched with a rafter system, covered with metal. Wooden elements are made of pine of second grade. Insulation and waterproofing are provided in the roof arrangement.

The windows are wooden with double frames, equipped with windows for ventilating the premises. The entrance doors are steel. Internal doors are wooden, single-floor, 40 mm thick (in bedrooms, boiler room, utility room and in bathrooms - continuous; in other rooms - with decorative glazing).

Communication between floors is carried out by means of a wooden staircase.

The staircase is two-march on Kosorah, turning. Access to the attic is carried out by a curtain staircase from the second floor.

Section 6. Engineering equipment

Water supply and drainage are carried out through city water supply and sewerage networks. Hot water supply is also centralized. In addition, central heating is provided. There is the possibility of independent heating of the house in case of malfunctions in the city heating system. Power supply of the house is provided from the city network 220 V. The house is connected to the telephone network and cable television.

Section 7. Fire safety

Fire safety requirements are met. The distances between houses in neighboring areas exceed 15 meters. The wood of the facades and capital walls is treated with flame retardants.

According to SNiP 31022001 "Residential single-apartment buildings" paragraph 6.3: "There are no requirements for houses up to two floors high inclusive on the degree of fire resistance and structural fire hazard class."

According to paragraph 6.7. "In houses with a height of two floors, internal open stairs (of type 2 according to SNiP 2101), as well as spiral stairs and stairs with running steps, can be used as evacuation stairs. Fire resistance limit and fire hazard class of ladder elements, as well as its width and slope are not regulated "
