The working project "Construction of the highway" in Khanty-Mansiysk - Gornopravdinsk - the highway in Tyumen - Khanty-Mansiysk "Construction of a road repair point at 107 km at the entrance to the village. Gonopravdinsk" was carried out by the project team of the State Enterprise "Severavtodor" on the basis of a technical assignment.

Climatic characteristics

The geographical location of the territory under consideration determines its climatic characteristics.

The territory under consideration is marked by a harsh long winter with strong winds, blizzards, stable snow cover and rather hot, but short summers. Transitional seasons are short, with sharp fluctuations in temperature. Spring and early summer are arid. To characterize the climate of the region, the data of the nearest weather station in Khanty-Mansiysk were used and given according to SNiP 2.0182 and ST.51.00.00582 "Guidelines for determining the characteristics of the construction climatology of oil and gas producing regions of Western Siberia."

Main design solutions.

Structural instructions for the PSS site.

The construction structures in this project are: steel horizontal reservoir CSG - 18 underground installation.

The mixture is prepared by means of a sand-salt mixture preparation unit.

The reservoir for collecting rain and melt effluents is designed from steel pipes with a diameter of 1420x10 mm. End faces of tanks are made with strips of steel sheet with thickness of 14 mm.

The neck with height of 600 mm is equipped with a rainwater grate and a badge for retention of soil particles contained in waste water.

The neck with a height of 900 mm is equipped with a removable cover and serves to collect effluents from the tank. The top of the horizontal tanks is 600 mm lower than the planning elevations of the rainfall grids (deepening 600 mm).

Steel pipe material - steel 20 as per GOST 873174, sheet and shaped iron - steel C255 as per GOST 2777288.

Corrosion protection of steel tanks shall be performed in accordance with SNiP 2.03.1185 and GOST 9.01574.

To protect the outer surfaces from underground corrosion, use a bitumen mineral coating consisting of a bitumen primer with a thickness of 50... 100 mm and a bitumen mineral mastic with a thickness of 3... 4 mm: the mastic should be applied no later than 10... 12 days after applying the primer, since the primer coating through 10... 12 days becomes fragile and loses its properties.

Bitumen primers are made of bitumen dissolved in gasoline at a ratio of 1:3 by volume, or 1:2 by weight.

Bitumen-mineral mastics are made of bitumen (70% by weight), mineral filler (dolomite, asphalt limestone or dolominized limestone of average density - 25% by weight) and green oil according to GOST 61072 (5% by weight).

To protect the internal surfaces, use EP773 epoxy enamel (GOST 2314378) as per EP0010 (GOST 1027776). Coating thickness - 0.1... 0.15 mm.

Coating on metal surfaces shall be preceded by a surface preparation process consisting in the removal of peeling rolled scale, rust, fat and other contaminants.
