Conclusion

In this diploma project on the topic: "The project of a tractor repair workshop with the organization of a diagnostic point with the development of repair of the fuel pump housing UTN-5". We have considered the organization of repairs and maintenance of tractors.

Scheduled repairs and numbered maintenance of tractors were determined: K-744, T-150K, MTZ-1221. He calculated the labor intensity of current repairs of tractors and combines.

We calculated the annual planned load of the central repair shop, and also built a graph of the total workload of the workshop.

We performed the calculation of the workshop, which includes the calculation of the number of workers, the calculation and selection of equipment, the calculation of the area of the site, the calculation of ventilation, lighting and heating.

We considered the technology for repairing the UTN-5 high-pressure fuel pump casing, studied ways to restore defects.

In the graphic part, we calculated and drawn: a schedule for loading the CRM, a map of defects and repair of the UTN-5 injection pump case, a drawing of a repair shop with a diagnostic center, a drawing of a device for disassembling and assembling a high-pressure injection pump and also a drawing of detailing.

Carrying out this diploma project, we consolidated and deepened theoretical knowledge, mastered the methodology of technological calculations, the basics of design and organization of production
