Additional information

This project has developed a ventilation system for the Camaieu store, located in the Metropolis shopping center.

Ventilation

General Information

1.1 This project has been developed for the conditions of Moscow on the basis of the customer's assignment, architectural and planning solutions, existing norms and rules:

- SNiP 41.01.2003 "Heating, ventilation, air conditioning";

- SNiP 2.08.0289 "Public buildings";

- SNiP II379 "Construction heat engineering";

- SNiP 3.05.0185 "Internal systems";

- SNiP 23.0199 "Construction climatology"

1.2. Design parameters of outdoor air are accepted:

- for cold period of year tn = 260С, I = 25.3 kJ/kg

- for the warm period of the year tn = 24.60C, I = 48.1 kJ/kg

Key Solutions

2.1. The object is one of the premises of the shopping complex, with an area of ​ ​ 216.2 m2.

In the warm period of the year, to maintain the air temperature of 2020C, two pipe funcoils operating in the cooling or heating mode are provided in all public premises.

2.2. The following systems are provided in the room:

- general exhaust ventilation (B1);

- general supply ventilation (P1);

- conditioning (K1K3)

2.3. Coolant temperature in cooling system 6/12 0С. Coolant temperature is 60/40 0С. Air cooled in the tenant's room is supplied with temperature + 18 0С in summer time period and + 20 0С in cold time period.

2.4. Losses at the point of connection to the cooling system do not exceed 40 kPa, and losses at the point of connection of ventilation do not exceed 200 Pa.

2.5. Exhaust ventilation system B1 removes air from the store premises, and is part of the general supply system of the shopping center. The air flow rate in B1 system is 1600 m3/h.

2.6. The plenum ventilation system P1 supplies cooled air to the store room in the volume of 1600 m3/h.

2.7. K1 K3 air conditioning systems based on McQuay air conditioners (fancoyles), serve the store room. The estimated cold load is 23.9 kW.

2.8. The funcoils control system is equipped with two-way valves.

2.9. Air removal by system B1 and air supply by system P1 is performed through plenum and exhaust grids of rectangular shape.

2.10. All air ducts of ventilation systems are made of "P" class galvanized steel (dense). The system of anchorages and supports shall prevent propagation of acoustic noise.

Installation Requirements

All fabrication and installation of ventilation systems shall be performed in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0185 "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems."

Fire prevention

Fire prevention measures of the project are developed in accordance with SNiP 21.0197.

Category of ventilated rooms by fire hazard - D.

In accordance with the requirements of fire safety standards, the following measures should be envisaged in the project:

- automatic shutdown of ventilation systems in case of fire;

- grounding of equipment and air ducts.

Equipment Description

K1 K3 systems

For the air conditioning of the store premises, McQuay air conditioning systems (fancoyles) were used with three MCW 1000C channel internals (cold capacity up to 8.8 kW).

General Instructions

7.1. The chladone pipelines shall be installed from copper pipes, condensate discharges shall be made from polymer pipes.

7.2. Isolate chladone copper pipelines with 9 mm thick foam rubber from Armstrong.

7.3. Connection of condensate discharge line from all fan coils to Landlord's waste water discharge system.

7.4. Air intake by fancoyles is carried out using flexible insulated

air ducts, and distribution - using rigid ducts made of thin-sheet galvanized steel of class "P."
