General Data
Installation of the internal electrical lighting system of the temporary building of the repair area at CJSC "xxx" is considered in this project. The object is located at xxx. "
The electrical lighting system reconstruction project was carried out on the basis of:
-technical assignment of the Customer for design;
- Existing regulatory instruments, namely:
Rules of electrical installations devices;
GOST R50 571.294 - Electrical installations of buildings;
SNiP 23 - 05 - 95 - Natural and artificial lighting;
SNiP 3.05.0685 - Electrical devices;
SNiP 21 - 01-97 - Fire safety of buildings and structures;
GOST R 533152009 - Cable products. Fire safety requirements;
State standards - Electrical installations of buildings - Basic safety requirements (GOST 3033195, GOST 5057196),
GOST 21.61488 - Images of conventional graphic electrical equipment and wiring on the plan.
Category of reliability of electric lighting system power supply - III.
Mains voltage 380/220V; cosφ=0,9
The grounding system adopted in the project is TNS.
Justification of accepted power supply scheme
According to the technical specification, the design provides for the installation of the internal lighting system of the temporary building of the repair area, supply cables and lighting control diagram.
Lighting equipment is supplied from the existing lighting board (CB) located on the wall of the building inside the room, along the newly designed cable lines.
The panel is powered by the existing 0.4kV cable line. Power supply lines from (CB) to lighting equipment are made by cables with copper conductors of BBGngLS grade.
Mains voltage 380/220V, TNS system.
Information on the number of electric receivers, their installed and design power
The total design capacity of consumers of electrical lighting equipment of the temporary building of the repair zone is:
0.825 kW - working lighting of the temporary building of the repair area.
0.275 kW - emergency lighting of the temporary building of the repair area.
Reliability of power supply and quality of power supply
Voltage deviations from the rated voltage at the terminals of power electric receivers and the most distant lamps of electric lighting do not exceed in normal mode
± 5%, and the maximum permissible in post-accident mode at the highest design loads - + -10%. In 1250 V networks (counting from a power supply, for example, a step-down transformer), voltage deviations are allowed to receive up to 10%.
Taking into account the regulated deviations from the nominal value, the total voltage losses from 0.4 kV TP buses to the most remote general lighting lamp should not, as a rule, exceed 7.5% (SP 311102003).
Voltage drop in the feeding and group lines of lighting is not exceeded by 5% of RU0.4 of kV of TP to the most remote lamp.
To ensure energy saving in electrical installations, the project provides for:
-trephase input, uniform load distribution over phases
-Rational plotting of individual network elements and selection of cable section.
The electrical equipment used in this design does not affect the power supply network, which cause deviation of the power supply quality indicators specified in GOST 1310997.
Measures to provide electric power to electric receivers in accordance with the established classification in operating and emergency modes
Working lighting is supplied from the lighting board (CB).
Emergency lighting is supplied from a separate circuit breaker installed in (SW) (see sheet 6 of the graphic part: "Existing lighting board of SW. Single-line electrical diagram ").
In normal mode, all lamps operate without exception.
Emergency lighting is powered by the same input as the operating one. The design does not provide for backup input for emergency lighting, it is recommended to install an uninterruptible power supply for emergency lighting operation in emergency mode.
Measures for reactive power compensation, relay protection, control, automation and dispatching of the power supply system
Within the scope of the technical assignment, reactive power compensation for consumers of the electrical lighting system of the workshop is not provided .
List of grounding and lightning protection measures
The existing building grounding loop is used for grounding the electrical installation, the design does not provide for its reconstruction .
The lighting fixtures are grounded by the third core cable.
To ensure safe operation of electric receivers at the entrance to the building, a potential equalization system must be implemented.
Power supply
Power supply of lighting fixtures is provided from the existing SW panel located on the building wall inside the room.
Mains voltage 380/220V, TNS system.
All newly designed cable lines are laid in corrugated pipe according to steel structures.
All protection and control devices, cables and wires, lamps and other purchased products and equipment shall have appropriate certificates of conformity and fire safety
Electricity metering
The project does not provide for reconstruction of the power metering unit.
Power electrical equipment and electrical networks
Electric power consumers, installed and design power are specified in the table of electrical loads calculation.
The existing SW lighting panel, for protection of outgoing lines, the latter is equipped with circuit breakers with "С" characteristic.
Electrical lighting networks are made by cables with copper conductors of VBGngLS grade.
Lighting cable lines shall be laid:
- open by metal structures in corrugated pipe;
- cable lifts are performed by metal columns of building structures in corrugated pipe;
- cable branches to lighting fixtures are carried out in soldering boxes with protection degree IP 54.
Cables for power supply networks of electric lighting consumers are selected by the long-term permissible current load, by the loss of voltage in the line and by the value of the actuation current.
Electric lighting
Electric power supply of electric lighting networks is provided from the lighting board of SW.
Mains voltage 380/220V, TNS system.
Ground the lamps with the third core (PE) of the supply cable .
Operating and emergency lighting shall be provided by LEDEL Ltrade 55/5436/G60/OS lamps.
Lighting fixtures are selected according to the nature of the premises. The room illumination is selected on the basis of SniP 230595, SP 311102003, SP 52133302011 in accordance with the terms of reference .
Grounding of all metal normally non-flowing parts of lighting equipment shall be performed by connection with additional wire "PE," which must be connected to bus "PE" of lighting board.
Fixtures of lighting fixtures - (refer to sheet 5 of graphic part: "Fixtures of lighting fixtures").
The room illumination calculation and 3D visualization of the production room illumination are performed in the program DIALux 4.10 and are given in Appendix B.
Lightning protection
As part of the technical assignment, the project does not provide for the reconstruction of the lightning protection system of the facility. It is recommended to carry out examination and laboratory tests of the existing lightning protection system in order to determine the need for reconstruction or repair.
Organization of electrical installations operation
The electrical management system of the facility is an integral part of electrical management integrated into the object management system as a whole and shall provide:
development of the power supply system;
Effective work by increasing productivity;
improving reliability, safety and safety of equipment operation;
Updating of fixed assets through the reconstruction of the electric farm;
staff development;
supervision of technical condition of electrical installations;
supervision of compliance with operating modes specified by the power supply system.
Operation of electrical installations is carried out by trained personnel according to approved instructions.
At the site, the manager appoints the responsible person, as well as the person replacing him, to perform the functions of organizing the operation of electrical installations.
Personnel serving electrical installations are trained according to the established procedure. The person responsible for electrical management is responsible for creating safe working conditions for employees of electrical utilities and organizational and technical work to prevent cases of personnel electric shock.
Electrical safety group of the person responsible for electrical management in electrical installations with voltage up to 1000V shall be IV.
It is allowed to fulfill the duties of the responsible for the electric farm in part-time.
The number of personnel for maintenance and repair of electrical installations of buildings is determined in accordance with the recommendations of the current methodological guidelines and standards .
The limit of responsibility for the condition and maintenance of electrical installations is determined on the basis of the contract concluded between the power supply organization and the building administration and corresponds to the balance sheet.
Electrical panels for maintenance shall include:
Dielectric mat - by the number of GRF panels
Dielectric gloves - 2 pairs
Portable grounding -1complect
Security posters -2Kits.
